I would like to provide feedback about my recent visit to your cafe. I was served by an employee named Dominic, who was overly intrusive: he asked several repetitive and unnecessary questions, which was distracting and uncomfortable.
Additionally, the coffee was not prepared properly: it was cooling before it was served, the foam had already settled, and the lid was closed too late. I value fresh coffee with foam, and in this case, my expectations were not met.
Please pay attention to the service and beverage quality to prevent such situations in the future.

Excellent service by Ashley! Best vanilla latte Ive had in years! I arrived there very early and was greeted as I walked in. Very clean and organized store and felt very welcomed. I have lived in the area for years now and decided to make a well deserved post!

Came here a week ago to pick up an order. When I one of the baristas about my order was met with a rude passive aggressive response and took forever to get my order. coffee was good though!

I'm very upset with my experience. I came to this store because they say they get open until 6h30. Now we do have a 5h40 on the watch and I request my pastry to come warmed up.
The manager for today said they had already cleaned their oven and than it wouldn't be possible use it.
After I say I would published a bad review because in any other peets they clean the oven an hour before he offered me heat it up on the microwave.
Everybody knows that they shall not be heated by the microwave. His name is Bill and I argued with him and still he didn't want to.
Very sad for this store. I know that Peets is an excellent brand but this store? What a sad thing...

Look, this is a corporate coffee shop, although I'd put it at the top of those in terms of buying coffee. But the staff here is just remarkable. They have this guy Dom working here who is amazing. He is super friendly, helpful, greets every single person walking in the door, and seems to love working here. Peet's should keep this dude at all costs, because he knows every regulars' name and greets them by it every time I drop in. Dom is one of those employees that add so much value to a business. He creates a standard of customer service that lifts the culture of the workplace. Staff like this take a place that would be a generic franchise and turns it into a real local spot that people look forward to coming to. Thanks Dom, and the rest of the staff working here. They go above and beyond.

I have been visiting this location for years. It's a quiet and cozy coffee shop to read or work on on the computer. Convenient location with a lot of outdoor seating. It can get quite busy on the weekends with a bit of a wait but overall not bad.
