New workers have been ignoring customers, I waited over 10min saying “hi, excuse me” to get their attention and you can see them on the other side of the curtain either closing the curtain more or turning around. I know they can hear me cus I can hear them but besides that I love my order

boba quality is going downhill… today my boba was a giant ball that wasnt able to be separated even after trying to smash it down w a spoon. better off going to other boba spots that actually care about the quality

Prefacing this by saying I’m sure every other drink is good, my favorites are thai tea whitie and literally anything else, this is a review based on the price, and a horrible drink.
But my god, PLEASE DO NOT get the matcha from here. I came here when it was not busy and my drink was made very quickly, however the matcha powder was BARELY MIXED, you could see the chunks, and left a chalky taste in my mouth. I don’t even think if it were stirred correctly it would be any better. I just don’t understand why the drink couldn’t have been mixed correctly if there was one person besides me in the store.
The flavor is not strong and it was just not good. Worst of all it was $9.24… All I added was egg pudding.. You’re better off literally anywhere else. Drive a little more North to Heytea to get GOOD matcha handled with care.

Young lady with glasses not sure her name. Super poor customer service seems like she hated her job. Was a clear line in the store for the kiosk and she had to take orders and clearly was upset she has to interact with people. If you hate interacting or talking to people should go look for a different job or not be in food or customer service industry.

Got the manly mango but there was so much fricken ice I didn’t taste anything really. Did not get to eat lychee balls like a man. But the flavors were good though.

Didn't realize there was one in this plaza (sharing same parking as King Eggroll).
I ordered my usual drink at other boba shops.
Passion fruit green tea, with boba, and half sugar. $6.50 + $0.95 for boba...definitely on the pricier side.
All in all, good drink...but for the value, I might look to go elsewhere.
Should be able to find parking in the plaza without an issue.

Went to this place because they were the only ones open at midnight. The menu is hard to read and atmosphere around the place is not good. The staff lied that the taro milk tea contains real taro, when in reality, they use cheap taro powder. Even “half sweet” tastes very sweet. Disappointed overall.
