I was the only white guy in the place. Fantastic food. I didn’t know what I was ordering, but whatever it was, it was super delicious!
a bit below average tasting pho soup. Decent noodle texture, decent tasting beef and quantity.

This place is tucked away from the main through way. It was fairly busy considering it was a late Monday lunch. Ordered a staple, tai and brisket pho' . Broth was average, not heavily flavored, but the portion for a regular order made me glad I did not order the large. The brisket was flavorful.I will add this to revisit list so I can try other menu items.

I ordered chicken BBQ and my husband ordered beef, both food was cold and not fresh at all. It was not even busy at that moment. We came home with upset stomach. We won’t comeback again.

Service was quick and the pho was rich and flavorful. I'd recommend paying with debit card since there is a 3.5% surcharge on credit cards.

Hard to communicate with staff. My 2 itemslisted on the dine-in menu but not listed on the online menu was charged $1 and $2 higher than the dine-in prices respectively. Kinda arbitrary hiking up the take out prices while most take out items listed are only $0.50 higher than their dine in prices.
I have tried most of the places that serve coffee in the area, and Pho Y #1 is the best, by far. Try the French style - it is served in real cups and glasses - no plastic if you dine in. The food is also wonderful. The Seafood Moon Crepe is my favorite. ?

Amazing! Best spot ever drive from S. San jose to milpitas just for the number 11 and spring rolls!
