This was my first Pho Cong Ly experience. My roomie and I ordered through Grub Hub. It arrived no more than 35-40 min later. I like that they take the time to put most of the ingredients into separate bags or containers for delivery. I ordered the Veggie and Tofu pho. My friend had the pho special #1. 5 stars because this place is one of the few places in SJ that offer a purely vegetarian pho! My vegetarian friend was meeting me in SJ and I was excited to take her to one of the many pho spots in the area, only to realize that most don't offer vegetarian options. Also a warning that a lot of places will say they have a vegetarian pho, but the broth is still chicken or beef-based--not here though! This is one of those places you go to strictly for the taste of the food. The restaurant is not a fancy place or anything like that - but I know the food will be exactly what I am looking for. I always order the chicken pho and my husband gets the beef pho. The broth is extremely flavorful and the meat is always cooked right!
