Pho is served with *limes* here! Given how many other places substitute lemons, this place made me very happy. All the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I wish there was a bit more meat in the pho tai, but honestly the prices are very cheap so next time I'll just order more.Very good.

Delicious Vietnamese rice plates drowned in fish sauce. I go big every time and enjoy the leftovers afterwards. The meat is grilled perfectly and marinated with just the right amount of lemongrass. This place is much less crowded than their sister restaurant on the other side of town so I’ve never had to wait more than a few minute to get seated.

If you're on the hunt for an extraordinary dining experience that blends the flavors of Vietnam with a dash of Las Vegas glamour, look no further than Pho Thien Huong Vietnamese Restaurant at 1715 Lundy Ave Suite 198 in San Jose, CA 95131. My recent visit left me absolutely delighted, and I can't wait to share my experience with you!Upon stepping inside, I was immediately captivated by the restaurant's luxurious and upscale ambiance, reminiscent of a fancy Las Vegas club. The decor was a perfect fusion of traditional Vietnamese elements and modern sophistication. The dimly lit interior, complete with stylish leather banquettes, ornate chandeliers, and mirrored accents, created an inviting and intimate atmosphere. It's a place where you can indulge in Vietnamese cuisine while feeling like a VIP.Now, let's dive into the culinary delights. To start, I ordered the Fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls, and they were a true revelation. Each roll was a masterpiece of freshness and flavor. The plump, succulent shrimp, combined with crisp vegetables and aromatic herbs, were tightly enveloped in delicate rice paper. The accompanying peanut dipping sauce added the perfect touch of sweetness and nuttiness to each bite. These spring rolls were so fresh that I felt like I was tasting the essence of Vietnam with every mouthful. For the main course, I couldn't resist trying the Chicken Pho soup. It was a steaming bowl of comfort and deliciousness. The broth was rich, aromatic, and simmered to perfection, infusing every ingredient with its hearty flavor. The tender slices of chicken, the rice noodles, and the array of fresh herbs and bean sprouts made this dish an absolute delight for the senses. It was served piping hot, and the flavors danced harmoniously on my palate. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste at Pho Thien Huong is truly remarkable. The portions were generous, and the ingredients were of the highest quality. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.

The guy that served our pho, had his thumb in the pho when he was passing it over. If they do that in front of you, imagine what is doing on in the kitchen. Better food and cleaner elsewhere.

I always go here to get my pho fix. I always order combo pho w everything n fresh noodles is a must, if they ran out for the day, I just leave cause I’m not going to pay for something I don’t want. The broth is so delicious n flavorful. Service is OK but the food comes out really quick, so if ur hungry, u won’t have to wait for long. Love this place.
