After standard by half an hour in the line, they told me they do not serve many drinks like latte. When I asked them why you did not announce it that you are in shortage, they behaved rudely with me and ignored me.

I’m not a coffee person at all but I’ve liked Philz for their mint mojito since my college days. More recently, I like to order the green chile or pork sausage breakfast burritos too and honestly most visits go smoothly, but not today. I picked up two drinks, two pork sausage burritos, and a pastry to eat at home with my partner. The barista seemed overwhelmed with presumably all the other mobile orders so I had to find my items littered across her counter space with no rhyme or reason. On the drive home I sipped to find my mint mojito was a bit bitter and not at all minty, and upon sitting down at home I noticed my burrito had an awful taste and texture. I was disappointed, disgusted, and nauseated to look down and realize I had been given a bacon burrito despite the bag’s accurate label. My partner’s drink and burrito was accurate, so it was only my breakfast and appetite that was ruined. I’m clearly not vegetarian but my aversion to certain meats will probably have me hesitating if I order here again.

This place is awesome! Every visit here has been a treat. The staff is so friendly, and the vibe is incredibly welcoming with plenty of seating options both indoors and outside. It’s perfectly located right in the heart of Willow Glen, which makes it an easy stop anytime you’re out and about. Their coffee selection is top-notch, and the bakery items are just delicious! They have seasonal pumpkin spice drink :) Miss Philz coffee so much ! This location has a good assortment of pastries. They do not have the Philz bagel I get regularly in dtsj. I didn’t realize the cashier didn’t understand my order and that they only serve bagels with cream cheese. Clean cafe with good vibrations.
