Philz prioritizes app orders so I had wait 10 minutes for my in-house order of a small black coffee.Manager just informed me "7-10 mins even for just a black coffee."

I've been to many Philz coffee locations, this is the only one that has repeatedly made subpar drinks that are often incorrect. My order is a philtered soul cold brew with light cream, pretty basic.I wouldn't recommend coming to this location.

First time visiting , looking for latte. the cashier said they have something like latte add foamy milk to coffee , it was so bitter just threw it out . turkey sausage sandwich was good.

I just left Philz with no coffee and will very likely never return. I stood there for over five minutes waiting to order with no one else in line and was ignored the entire time. No good morning. No how can I help you. There were four or five employees and not a single person looked up to engage with the customer. I felt awkward and just wanted some help because I wasn't sure what to order or where to order since I stood at the order here counter and no one so much as looked at me. So I proceeded to stand in front of the barista counter to ask a question but the employees swiftly move away to other tasks. I understand that online orders can make things busier than they seem but I just wanted a little help. Thanks for making me feel unseen.

It’s Halloween night and my wife and I were trying to find a cup of coffee to walk with as our children went trick or treating. I walked and Max was working all alone and was handling it. He was welcoming and made our philtered soul delicious. Thank you Max 5

It took 3 tries to get my drink correct: Mint decaf with light creamApparently, default is ICED beverage when ya order coffee at this location. Usually, coffee shops offer hot beverages as the default. In fact, the other Philz Coffee locations all make a hot mint coffee without me specifying. Hmmm....2nd attempt was a hot mint CAFFENEITED coffee. Nope. Third times a charm, right? The barista apologized, so he earned the 4th star. Otherwise, I would've kept it to 3 stars. I have no opinion about parking or bathrooms. I walked from a friend's house & used her toilet, too. The restaurant was clean, though.Only other complaint is the need for more seating. There's plenty of room, but the lack of chairs is a subtle way for corporate to tell us to take our coffees and GTFO. #messagereceived

My dad and I are Philz regulars; yesterday we were craving our usual Philtered Soul so we stopped in at our closest Philz. We love to come here whenever we are able to.Today we were greeted kindly by Alan, who was working on online orders with baked goods but still took the time to say he would be right with us.He was patient and polite, and had a very strong greeting, very essential to good customer service.When we took our order, he was highly attentive and detail oriented, and patient as my dad and I decided what we wanted.Thank you Alan for your amazing service, incredible personality, and for making our day!!!!
