I wouldn’t come back here. Unless it’s literally the only place open because of its late hours which is the only bonus of this restaurant. The service is horrrriiibbllle! We had to call over the waiter multiple times. They never refilled our water or checked in. The steak pho was nothing special. The steak would be something I would feed to my dog. Not particularly meet I would want to eat. The spring rolls are so expensive at $9.00 for 2 rolls. The prices here are really high. The Pho Ap Chao is the only thing I’d recommend.

Not sure why this place is so popular I've tried many different pho places and honestly nothing special about this location except the fact that they are open till 2 am. It's always busy you can't just walk In must sign up for wait-list. It's always incredibly loud . I must say I did like the robot waiters .

We were looking for a pho place that was still open around midnight while visiting San Jose, and this place closes at 2am which was perfect after a night of drinking. We sat outside in the patio since we had a big group but was fine since the weather was still nice out. I got the special combination pho with a side of fatty broth which was delicious. Please do yourself a favor and order a side of the fatty broth, it’s a must; it definitely boosts the flavor of the broth. The summer rolls and fried rolls were also tasty. We ordered our food online using the QR code which was efficient and the service was quick. Def recommend for a late night pho!

Pho 21 is so clutch. It's the only GOOD pho spot that's open until 2am.
I've been here several times now and have always had a wonderful experience. The interior is nice and I love the robot servers (which only serves appetizers and drinks; human servers serve the main dishes).
The pho here is solid. I also love the mi xao gion (crispy egg noodles). I really appreciate that the milk tea and smoothies aren't too sweet.

First time here! Pho was delicious, broth was wonderful! Ordered the Rare filet mignon and brisket. Also got the Egg Rolls which were cooked perfectly, nice and crispy, not soggy or oily at all. Will definitely go back and try other menu items!
