There wasn't any chance that we were seated right away, there is always a long line no matter what time of the day. Once you get seated, foods are served right away especially with the help of the robot setver. The foods are always served hot. The staff are amazing and attentive as welll. Im gald that they also have options of yellow noodles. You can order by scanning the QR code assigned per table which allows thr customers to customize their orders.

There could have been way more seafood in my soup bowl. Tasted great, black tea milk with boba was delivered by a kitty bot on wheels. Music and outside seating with heaters. Gets busy.

We visited Pho 21 on Saturday around 11 AM. There was a bit of a wait, but it moved quickly, and the three of us were seated without much delay. I ordered the short rib pho, and it was excellent—the short rib had plenty of meat, very tender, and the broth was rich and flavorful. The noodles were perfect as well.
I also tried the seafood fried rice, which was moist, tasty, and cooked really well. The iced coffee was strong and delicious.
They have robots that deliver food and drinks, which is a great novelty if you have children. But on this day, maybe because they were so busy, the robots just seemed to be in the way, and I had to get my own drinks off of a robot, which was a little annoying, but okay. Otherwise, the service was very good, and overall, everything about the meal was great. I highly recommend.

Pho and meat rice plate it's just amazing. Soooooo good! So so good. Now, I didn't like the service, the mix between a robot and a careless waitress just doesn't work. And, some smell came from the restrooms, which...well, just awful. I will come back for sure but I will sit faaaar away from rest rooms and well, I will bear the service.
