The soup for the Pho is really flavorful. It’s really tasty and the size is good amount. Order the spring roll but it’s alright. The peanut sauce is ok but not the best. However Pho is really good

🚩‼️ Additionally, I have noticed that the Asian female server with the dark under-eye circles has, on multiple occasions, added extra charges to the bill—specifically a service fee—when a tip was not provided. I became aware of this because other staff members consistently charged less for the exact same items, which raised questions about why the totals differed. It’s important to pay close attention to your receipt, as it is not always offered upfront; you may need to request it in order to verify the charges. I cannot say whether this practice is permitted, but it certainly feels questionable and should be monitored by customers.
‼️🚩The food at this establishment is generally adequate—occasionally even quite enjoyable—yet the quality of service is consistently disappointing depending on the staff members present. Specifically, the male Asian server and the female server with pronounced under-eye circles often exhibit a noticeably discourteous and apathetic demeanor, creating the impression that they are disinterested in their roles. Even basic service expectations, such as providing water, are carried out inconsistently, and the water itself at times has an unpleasant chemical taste.
What is most troubling, however, is the **apparent pattern of differential treatment based on customers’ racial or ethnic backgrounds**. There seems to be a clear preference for Asian and white patrons, while Hispanic, Mexican, and other people of color are frequently seated in the least desirable areas and experience significantly delayed service. This practice contributes to an atmosphere that feels unwelcoming and discriminatory.
For instance, during a recent visit with a friend, we were told—as usual—to choose any available table. Shortly after we sat down, an Asian family of four entered. The male server approached us and insisted that we move to a different table to accommodate them, despite the fact that another table for four near the door was fully available. I declined, as I am routinely placed at that exact table near the door whenever I dine with a party of four, making his justification feel inconsistent and unfair.
Additionally, despite having waited approximately 30 minutes without anyone taking our order, the Asian family was seated immediately and served right away. Another Asian party of two who arrived after us also received prompt attention long before we did. Altogether, we waited nearly an hour before anyone acknowledged us. Meanwhile, a Hispanic family and another couple were both placed at the drafty table near the entrance, even though multiple more comfortable tables were open.
If you choose to dine here, I encourage you to observe the seating arrangements and the pace of service among different groups. The pattern is difficult to overlook.

Pho was good size for large
Fresh ingredients
Broth was flavorful but not overly strong, good balance. Vegetables were fresh… I ordered house special combo.
I only had round steak in my bowl… they said sorry and brought out the other cuts of beef in a separate bowl.
The spot was okay on cleanliness… I’ve been visiting this spot for 4-5 years… one of the only spots that opens late so I could eat after work…
It’s a small shop
friendly staff
I judge the pho to be great and flavorful, without needing extra sauce.

I’ve been a regular at Pho24 several times and have always enjoyed their food. It’s usually my go-to place to relax and enjoy some comfort dishes after a long day at work, especially on a Saturday. However, today was a different story. Unfortunately, right in the middle of my meal, the staff started sweeping under my booth, which stirred up dust and was super unpleasant. To make matters worse, they then started mopping the floor with a strong, soapy solution that just filled the air with this chemical smell. It completely ruined my appetite, and I honestly couldn’t finish my meal.
I really wish I could leave a five-star review because I’ve loved this place in the past. But today’s experience was disappointing. I understand that they might be preparing for a busy night, but it really should be done when customers aren’t sitting there trying to enjoy their dinner. I hope the management takes note, because this place can be wonderful when the environment is right.

I was so hungry before my coaching meeting and this restaurant is the closest to my yoga studio. In fact, it's the only one. However, my experience was such a mixed.
Pho 24 is located in the same strip mall as CorePower Yoga Winchester. Free parking is readily available though they have to compete with yoga goers and mark some parking spots for their own business.
My first impression stepping inside the store was messiness. I could see a half eaten bowl of Pho on a messy table which was filled with random stuff like used plastic bags, partially plucked vegetables and unidentifiable things. The table in front of it had a bottle of cleaning liquid and a crumbled dirty towel. These tables are right in plain view when you walked in.
I understand that they were understaffed and there was only one server. But the restaurant was not even busy. There were only 2 other customers in the store besides me.
I was pointed to a table and offered water. The server quickly took my order which included a pork and shrimp spring roll and a house special Pho.
My food took decent amount of time to come out. The spring roll was of good portion and cut into half which I liked. The peanut-hoisin dipping sauce was a bit salty to my taste.
The house special Pho was on the same level as the spring roll. Average and a bit disappointing. The soup was great but the meats and the noodle tasted old. Their rare beef was cut a bit too thick and became chewy in the hot soup. The tendons have a very weird taste (like spoiled) that I became suspicious and had to spit it out.
Perhaps as a Vietnamese, I have higher standards for my Pho and traditional Vietnamese food. I can see these food passed as okay for non-Vietnamese customers.
The server was friendly and attentive at least. The inside was spacious and brights with natural lights coming through those floor-to-ceiling windows.
Overall, not the best Vietnamese restaurant in town but passable if you're craving Vietnamese food and needs something quick and convenient.
