I want to share a deeply disappointing experience with the food and service we received. We ordered an eggroll, and to our shock, we discovered a live spider underneath the lettuce as we were eating. This was not only disgusting but completely unacceptable.
What made the situation even worse was the staff’s response. Instead of addressing the seriousness of the issue, they simply replaced the dish without offering any apology, compensation, or even a token of goodwill. To add insult to injury, we were still charged the full price.
This kind of service is unacceptable, and as customers, we expected better accountability and care.

The taste of their Pho is inconsistent, varying each time I visit. Last Sunday, I went with friends, and the Pho was not tasty. Even with added flavor additives, it didn't improve. I've been there many times, both alone and with friends, and the experience remains the same.
The flavor of the pho is delicious! Fresh, wonderful flavor. The one waitresses was nice when taking our order, but doing all the work and too busy. She was taking orders, bringing out the food, and cleaning tables. She forgot to make our smoothies and remembered when we went up to pay. We ended up canceling the drinks and went elsewhere. Unable to drink the water. It tasted like floor cleaner.

Vietnamese restaurants are sparser in this part of town, but Pho 24 fits the bill in you're in the area, and you want some pho or something Vietnamese.
Prices are moderate, but portions are generous. The cook who brought out the dishes seemed proud of what he had prepared.
Pho Tai Nam was piping hot and tasty. The bowl was deep, and there was plenty of brisket. Their grilled pork is on the sweet side, and the sauce they add can be cloying.
We paid $60 between the 3 of us for a large bowl of pho,rice vermicelli with pork, grilled pork over rice, and some hefty spring rolls. , . I don't think they added a hidden service charge. Math looks right, but I didn't pay attention.
Decor is pretty nice for a pho restaurant. They probably took over from a former cafe or something
Overall, Pho 24 is pretty good. Give it try if you're in the area and don't want to pay Santana Row or Valley Fair prices for a bowl of noodles. You certainly won't leave hungry.

I seldom write poor reviews for "small" business but I cannot in good conscience leaves these words unsaid.
They have repeatedly added in strange charges to other customers bills. I also had a very bad experience.
First: There was a fly in our pho that we ordered for pick-up. Okay, it happens- places will just refund and that's it. Nope, they initially refused to refund us over the phone and asked us to bring back ALL of the food.
We did. Got there and they kept insisting it must have fallen in in our home. It did not, this fly was underneath some of the noodles, not at the surface.
Told them this and they did not want to refund still! After a while, they did a refund.....then charged me again! I called my bank and was able to get the charge cancelled but my oh my, these are extremely deceptive practices and they should be investigated for fraud.
Please do not eat here. You risk your physical health and your financial security.
