I was so hungry before my coaching meeting and this restaurant is the closest to my yoga studio. In fact, it's the only one. However, my experience was such a mixed.
Pho 24 is located in the same strip mall as CorePower Yoga Winchester. Free parking is readily available though they have to compete with yoga goers and mark some parking spots for their own business.

Typical pho restaurant. Decent pho with different type of noodles for selection. Fair service and offers discount if paying cash. Good distance of tables 👍
However, if using more fresh seafood instead of fishballs would be nicer😉

Fresh ingredients
Broth was flavorful but not overly strong, good balance. Vegetables were fresh… I ordered house special combo.
I only had round steak in my bowl… they said sorry and brought out the other cuts of beef in a separate bowl.
The spot was okay on cleanliness… I’ve been visiting this spot for 4-5 years… one of the only spots that opens late so I could eat...
