Pricy but decent. Southern style pho very flavorful and distinct sweet soup base with rich bone flavors. Each pho after tax will run you $25+. You are paying for the clean upscale environment as well.
Reduced points for ok portion with not enough noodles and they didn't serve me any vegetables (basil lime bean sprouts) with my pho. The pickled garlic and spicy sauce is only good for rice dishes but not for pho, yet they only have one rice dish.

Excellent soup and super fresh meatball. You can taste the tendon in the meatball. Other ingredients are fresh too.

The best Northern style pho in the Bay Area. Check out their pho bap bo hoa, one of the best thing on the menu. I really like the clear broth and fresh noodles here

Pricy pho, but the quality and taste is among the best I've ever had. And that comes from a die-hard pho addict.

A bit pricier than other pho restaurants in the area, but quality is also higher. If you want good pho, a nicer ambience with clean bathroom, this is the right place for you. The downside of this restaurant is that they don't really have vegetatian pho, but they do offer vegetarian vermicelli.
Location is convenient since it's located right in front of Walmart, if you need to get groceries done as well.

Pho Dang is a hidden gem for Northern style of Vietnam for every Pho lovers! ❤️
The broth is beautifully clear yet deeply flavorful, with a natural bone sweetness and a fragrant aroma that hits you the moment the bowl arrives. The meat is sliced just right, tender, juicy, and never chewy.
What truly sets this place apart are the homemade chili sauce and pickled garlic in vinegar. Even the bean sprouts are meticulously prepared, with roots and heads removed, small detail, big foodie points.
The space is spacious, clean, and modern, making it a comfortable spot for both casual meals and repeat visits. I’ve eaten here many times, and the quality has been consistently excellent. If you’re in San Jose and craving authentic, well executed Vietnamese pho, Pho Dang is absolutely worth a stop. 👍

Best pho in the bay area
I ordered 1 pho and two ice bean desserts for take out. i ended up home with only 1 Pho. Where are my two desserts?
Still paid tips on top of never-got desserts. Very disappointed with the services.

Really enjoyed eating here. The vibe is great—a clean, stylish mix of modern and traditional decor. But the star is the food.
The broth here is perfect; it’s beef-forward and balanced, not loaded with sugar or salt. It tastes authentic and healthy. Make sure you order the flat fresh noodles—the texture is much smoother and more tender than the usual dry noodles.
My picky toddler, who usually refuses beef, ate three slices of brisket here. That is a true testament to the quality of their meat! Great spot to hit up after Happy Hollow.

Charming little southern Vietnamese restaurant, located in the heart of San Jose’s Little Saigon in a shopping plaza. Menu is limited and focused only on beef pho, but the soup was full of flavor, and the fresh noodles had perfect texture. Good noodle to soup ratio, and the steamed bean sprouts were fresh. Large drink menu for coffee, tea, and juice. Fast and efficient service. Decent sized free parking lot that fills up quickly.

I walked in and there was a party of like six they sent them greeted them, gave them consideration, but I was a party of one. The guy told me to go sit down wherever so I sat down at a table. Once he saw me sitting he gave me a menu he basically dropped it in front of me didn’t place it out. Just dropped it in front of me. Their entire menu is scratched off and re-labeled so I had to ask do you have shrimp for and he said no so I took my business elsewhere extremely rude customer service horrible
