I recently had the chance to try Pho Papa, and I gotta say it exceeded my expectations! I’ve driven by it a few times and always wondered about it, and today I finally decided to give it a shot. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. They offer you the option of thick or thin noodles, and I went with the thin ones. The amount of food was just the right size, not too big, not too small (I ordered a small). Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back!

A shitty bowl of pho costs $20 + , it is just a pho... so expensive. they change their price from $12, $14, $16, $17 every year for a small size, waw, that is insane ... will never go here again...

We came in around 6:30 PM in the evening for dinner. The restaurant ran out of meat since it’s toward the end of day. The place loses at 8 PM. So what did they do?…. They cut off the meat serving with the phở bowl. There was nothing special about my special phở except there was no meat and the right types of meat that it’s usually served. Very disappointed to pay full price for what the phở! Business cutting corner like this will not last too long.

Pho was great. Soup was a bit on the sweet side. Beef was very tender. They provided scissors and plastic utensils for kids.
There are outdoor seating that looked more spacious. We sat inside and it was pretty cramped.

It's a decent spot to get some pho in San Jose! Seating is pretty cramped and there can be a long waitlist on the weekends, but it's worth a visit!
The broth can be on the oily side, but the flavor is good! Light and not too salty. They are really generous with the portion of beef! Almost more beef than noodles!! The beef rib special is yummy and high quality! The two of us shared this and it was FALL OFF THE BONE tender!

4.5/5 Broth is amazing ! Clean and with flavor. Nice mouth feel Got the #8. Generous portion, came out hot and quick. Wish the tendon was a little more melt in mouth. Steak was a little shriveled for my liking but nice and tender. Can choose from wide or thin noodles. Will def come back.
