They sent me BROWN meat. Yuk. This is what they serve to people....
Amazing food! I recommend dining in — I tried taking it out once, and it wasn’t as good as when you eat in.

I really only come for the 4 spring rolls with peanut sauce. It’s so yummy and light. $8.95 cool music playing all the time and clan with bathrooms Also just seen the robot come out delivering the food. Will always come back! We tried the fried calamari one time and did not like it.

Pho Passion & MinTea Bar delivers when you want solid Vietnamese food with a relaxed vibe. The space is clean, modern, and welcoming. We tried the steak & brisket pho and a variety of tea drinks, and both hit nicely—the meat was generous, the broth flavorful, and the teas refreshing. The robot waiter was a fun touch and added some novelty without distracting.
What works well: the staff is friendly; your order is usually ready quickly; the menu has good variety with noodle soups, fish balls, gyoza, and tasty sides. Portions are generous enough that you don’t feel short‑changed. Drinks are well done and paired nicely with the food.
What could improve: when it’s busy, wait times go up, especially for popular pho bowls or hot appetizers. Parking is street parking mostly, so timing matters. Also, more frequent check‑ins by staff could improve service during peak hours—refilling water or asking if you need anything helps.
Overall, Pho Passion & MinTea Bar is a solid go‑to for authentic Vietnamese pho, good boba/tea options, and a welcoming atmosphere in San Jose. If you’re craving a soup that warms you up or a flavorful noodle dish, this place delivers.

This is such a fun spot to go with friends! The food and drink menu's have something delicious for everyone.
My go-to order: House Pho and a Young Coconut Juice. With the ample room and spacious seating area, you may even see a special Buddy on Wheels bringing appetizers to your table!

Haven't been there
Door dashed & wasn’t able to eat my food without the sauce i asked for it to come with, everything else was great, just hopped they pay attention to what people actually order and what they want bc i threw $7 spring rolls because the fish sauce was so nasty when i asked for the peanut sauce. waste of money.

I ordered takeout, and the food tasted off—so much so that I couldn’t even eat one dish and barely touched the other. An hour later, I experienced severe stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea—the worst I’ve had in a long time. I honestly can’t believe they served me this food with a straight face.

This place was amazing. The pho broth was amazing and flavorful; the spring rolls were super good, and the peanut sauce was perfect; my fiance got the Taro milk tea and I got the Matcha latte. The matcha latte was super yummy, and the taro was as well but the boba was a bit rubbery. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend coming here.

Delicious pho and spring rolls with incredible customer service. When Doordash left part of my order behind, the owner themselves delivered it. Wonderful, would order again.

I should’ve known better than to stay here and eat because looking around the restaurant I noticed that there is ketchup on all of the tables. That’s never a good sign for a Vietnamese restaurant. First, we had to order at the counter and there’s no menu displayed so we had to flip through the menu wow other customers were waiting, but that isn’t really the biggest issue. The biggest issue started when the point of sale tablet immediately prompted us for a 2025 or 30% tip mind you we’re standing at the counter to order. We sat down and waited for our food only to have our food delivered by a little robot driving around the restaurant so there wasn’t even a person taken care of our table now does the robots company get the tip? Does the robot get the tip or does the owner of the rest truck at the tip? Who knows. Anyways, the soup was very lackluster. The broth was weak. The amount of beef in the large was absolutely pathetic. I think I counted five pieces of steak, the vegetable and the vegetable for was again pathetic all of this for a quality $36 meal I think not skip this place and go elsewhere
