Door dashed & wasn’t able to eat my food without the sauce i asked for it to come with, everything else was great, just hopped they pay attention to what people actually order and what they want bc i threw $7 spring rolls because the fish sauce was so nasty when i asked for the peanut sauce. waste of money.

I ordered takeout, and the food tasted off—so much so that I couldn’t even eat one dish and barely touched the other. An hour later, I experienced severe stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea—the worst I’ve had in a long time. I honestly can’t believe they served me this food with a straight face.

This place was amazing. The pho broth was amazing and flavorful; the spring rolls were super good, and the peanut sauce was perfect; my fiance got the Taro milk tea and I got the Matcha latte. The matcha latte was super yummy, and the taro was as well but the boba was a bit rubbery. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend coming here.

Delicious pho and spring rolls with incredible customer service. When Doordash left part of my order behind, the owner themselves delivered it. Wonderful, would order again.

I should’ve known better than to stay here and eat because looking around the restaurant I noticed that there is ketchup on all of the tables. That’s never a good sign for a Vietnamese restaurant. First, we had to order at the counter and there’s no menu displayed so we had to flip through the menu wow other customers were waiting, but that isn’t really the biggest issue. The biggest issue started when the point of sale tablet immediately prompted us for a 2025 or 30% tip mind you we’re standing at the counter to order. We sat down and waited for our food only to have our food delivered by a little robot driving around the restaurant so there wasn’t even a person taken care of our table now does the robots company get the tip? Does the robot get the tip or does the owner of the rest truck at the tip? Who knows. Anyways, the soup was very lackluster. The broth was weak. The amount of beef in the large was absolutely pathetic. I think I counted five pieces of steak, the vegetable and the vegetable for was again pathetic all of this for a quality $36 meal I think not skip this place and go elsewhere

Food was alright. You order and pay at the counter and a robot brings you the beverage. Food is brought by a human.
Parking is available on street and mon-sat, its paid street parking.

Clean, warm, Big portions, Friendly staff, cool Robot waitress, and in walking distance from Bus and City Hall

Vegetarian options: They have spring rolls and egg rolls and ask what the difference is. I ate vegetarian on this day.

Parking: There is a shipping center parking lot across the street.

Kid-friendliness: There were children and they were fascinated by the robot and eating pho.
Staff was very kind to children

$20 for a small Pho, after tax and tip. Barely any meat, bad value.

Bowl was served warm (not hot and bean sprouts didn't cook through when added)

PM shift on Friday - I can tell the cooks are working hard. Meanwhile register kids/front of house just doesn't care. There were 3 tables near me that stayed unbussed for 20 mins - so imagine trying to have your meal but 3 tables near you have food/trash on them.

Pretty messed up when someone in front of house expects a hard worker in the back to serve/buss/cook while the kids at the register pick their nose and collect tips.

The restaurant is always clean and well-organized, including the bathrooms, which are consistently clean. I’ve never had any issues with the food or customer service—everyone is friendly and approachable. They even have a cute little robot that delivers water, napkins, and small dishes, which my daughter loves. Parking can be a bit tricky since it’s downtown, but that’s expected. Despite that, we’ve always managed to find a spot right in front of the restaurant. The fried rice is fantastic, and I’m a big fan of the broth—it hits the spot.

Parking: Street parking is free for 2 hours. I’ve never had issues finding parking.
