Amazing pho and bowl. Came from Florida and this seems just much more flavorful all around and the waitress was so nice, helped us pick what we wanted and pointed out what we wouldn’t like.
Christmas eve not a good time to eat here. There was a line waiting for a table. The staff was overwhelmed. Long wait to be seated. Long wait to order. Long wait for food. Very disorganized!!! A man seated 1/2 an hour after us was served his meal way before us. The food was very tasty. The veggies were cut in huge pieces. My Pho Tai Sach was decent. Broth was on the salty side, but overall light and not too oily. They did not skimp on noodles and gave SO MUCH TRIPE. Crazy portions.
The Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio is the really good here. Some of the best. Something about their pork chop......
