The pho and appetizers is the best I’ve had in San Jose. I got the egg noodle soup with seafood, fire! 🔥 definitely recommend anyone to try it out

We've eaten here a few times and each time the food was just OK. In the pho restaurant realm, this place is a McDonald's. The food will fill you up but there's nothing enjoyable about it. Also, there's no consistency on the food and service. Sometimes, the meat in the beef pho is tender and other times, it's tough and rubbery. Same with the service, sometimes the lady behind the cash register is friendly and other times, she couldn't be bothered. Today, we got lucky because she was in a good mood. Anywho.
We ordered the Fried Shrimp Cake (A1), Special Combo Pho with Meatball (1), and Grilled Shrimp & BBQ Boneless Chicken (46).
The Fried Shrimp Cake was saltier than usual. Luckily there's a side of sweet chili dipping sauce that comes with it. Other than that, this was difficult to eat.
The Special Combo Pho with Meatball was OK. Except for the meatballs, every piece of meat, including the tripe, was soft and tender. The broth tho, it was salty af and leaves your mouth with a stinging feeling.
The Grilled Shrimp & BBQ Boneless Chicken was good. Both the chicken and shrimp were cooked well and they weren't satly. We especially like the thin cut on the chicken instead of a thicker cut.

Had a quick lunch for 2 adults and 1 baby earlier. The food was just okay, but, things went downhill fast when we needed a high chair for the baby. They gave us a busted one with a strap missing! We asked for another, but they said it was the only one. Then, wouldn't you know it, ten minutes later another baby showed up and BAM! A brand new high chair appears out of nowhere. The waitress and other servers got all huffy because we had to hold our little one and try to rig the broken chair with extra blankets so our baby wouldn't slide off – all while trying to eat! We ended up leaving after like three bites because the baby kept slipping. And get this, they still expected a 20% tip!

Racist cashier! Discriminates on the hard working community. Our staff walked into the restaurant and was given an attitude just because the way out staff looked fron working a long. We order a glass of water and we were served in plastic cups when all other customers are getting glass cups. When requested to get glass cups as everyone else, th cashier got irritated and immediately asked us to leave the place without placing an order. She even took the time to walked us out of the place. I have eaten here multiple times but these type of behavior should not be acceptable. You lost a customer! Thank you
