Food Review: Goi Cuon Tom - Fresh spring rolls (4 for $10.50) with peanut sauce had several good size rolls with average amount of shrimp. Decent peanut sauce. 8/10 Pho Tai ($15) with wide noodles hit the spot. 3 options for noodles makes this more legit. Reasonable broth quality. 8/10 Overall - Good Food - Very Good Decor - Very Good Service - Good Value - Good Would we come back - Maybe

After a demanding day at a taekwondo tournament, our team typically seeks out a comforting meal at a Pho restaurant. With the tournament running late, we decided to call up Pho Tick Tock. Accommodating our group of 30 was no small feat, but they effortlessly arranged tables to suit our needs. My family opted for the classic Pho, while I indulged in the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken with steamed rice.. Both dishes hit the spot, with the kids particularly enjoying the flavorful Pho. For beverages, the kids savored Strawberry Boba, while I relished a refreshing Thai iced tea. The drinks paired perfectly with our meal, providing a satisfying end to a long day. Parking was a breeze, and the attentive customer service and spacious, casual ambiance only added to the positive experience. Without a doubt, we'll be returning to Pho Tick Tock in the future.

This is my favorite pho place in the Bay Area. The broth and the ingredients are so flavorful, fresh, and go well together. They also don't skimp out on the portions. The staff are also fast and friendly. This place is definitely on the more casual side -- for grabbing a quick and good meal.

It looks nice...I hope this place has improved since my last two visits.Once I dined inside, my order was incorrect, but the staff was very inconvenienced to make the order correct. We did not get our drinks until after we finished our food.We tried them again with a take-away order.We realized that once we arrived home, they forgot to add the proteins for one dish and broth for another.When we called to ask if we could get a refund, they insisted we return to pick it up. So we did, and again. They were very rude and quick with us.I don't recommend this place due to the poor customer service and rude staff.And who wants to chance getting a wrong/incorrect or partially missing order AGAIN.?!

Excellent food quality. It's a family run restaurant. Staff service is very good although they could use more help. Overall experience is very good. Grill pork chop was very tender. Garlic noodle is not oily. Pho soup flavor is rich. Would definitely go back again.

My friends and I go here weekly in the evening. Our faves are the tofu with basil and the shaking beef with steamed rice. We love the staff too. Keep up the great food you serve and customer service you provide. We always feel welcome here.

Our special came out in 2 minutes. It was just the right amount after starving myself all day. I accidentally ordered too much because I trusted a review from some bad reviewer that gave a 1 star... He/she is dead wrong or eats costco pizzas for a snack. Also, The broth is light with barely a hint of msg.

I have a peanut allergy.Wheelchair accessibility: Ada compliant doorway and an open dining area w movable furniture. The floor is easy to roll on.
