Ive given this place so many chances now after getting my order wrong, sending me home with the wrong order then not being able to help me over the phone to help me figure out a solution and now waiting over 30 minutes for food. I called ahead of time to order. Its just not worth it anymore . The food is okay and super close to home so pretty convenient but Im done with this place. Too unorganized and unprofessional.

It's been ages since I've been here and to my surprise, the quality of service and food has not changed. You literally get what you pay for. Good portion and good service. The only downside of my experience was the smell of the restaurant. Maybe it was because I arrived 5pm on a Thursday and they were mopping. There was no one there, then again I arrived after office hours and got seated immediately. I ordered the food and got it within minutes. I ordered the pork chop and when it arrived, the grilled aroma brought me back to my first visit here. The pork chop was cooked to perfection and it came with broth to wash down my meal. I think it was broth from their pho. It was GOOD. I think I'll be coming back more often.

Ordered #11 Rare Steak and #12 Lean Well done Brisket to-go. There was no small option when ordering to-go, so that was an inconvenience. Other than that, taste was good and over all was a 4/5. The menu is very simple and easy to order from so if you’re looking for a quick option for pho this would be a good stop. But over all there are better places in San Jose to select.

Visited here a few times and pho here used to be my favorite but last time I visited in August seems like they’re skimping on quality and quantity now

Pho Viet Restaurant is a cozy and clean spot with friendly staff. While the food isn't 100% authentic, it's still acceptable and enjoyable. I tried the Pho and Bun Thit Nuong, and both were okay. The prices are affordable, making it a good option for a casual meal.
