If I could give this place zero stars. I would. We came in. Our appetizers came out in a timely manner. However, they forgot my friends order. Which we all ordered almost the same thing (there was 5 of us). Every time I would let the waitress know that we're still waiting for her food to come out. She kept saying that "it's coming out right away". We must've asked her 4 times until she finally went back to the kitchen and told them. By the time my friend finally got her food our food was cold and some of us were already done eating. My friend didn't get her food for over 30 mins!!!! Then when we went to go pay and told the waitress that we don't believe she should charge us for the bowl that they forgot to serve us for the longest time. They didn't even honor this to us or take any responsibility of it. Nor did they apologize for it!!! I understand it was busy but don't keep telling us it's coming it's coming but never put any actions to ensure it was "coming". NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

I had a solo lunch here the other day to try it out and it was an overall positive experience! The server was nice and quick with taking my order. I ordered the large #1 pho bowl and it came out piping hot! The broth was on point and the meat portions were good. The restaurant was clean and had a decent crowd. Definitely coming back again to try some of their other Vietnamese dishes!

Very clean very comfortable.Food is great , pho soup base you can test a little bit herb , how nice !Only one thing I don’t understand, the TV keep playing Black Pink music video, and server she is around 40 , other even older than her , and we customer all around 40+ ….Feel tired if someone rapping too much , lol !

The pho was typical Vietnamese though the chicken broth was a bit too fishy for my taste. Others may like it. The service was quick as I didn't have to wait for my to go order long.

Came in for a solo meal, restaurant was empty therefore, got really great service with very kind waiters! -1 star for ambiance, I think that there could be more done to brighten up the place. However quality food within this local mom and pop shop!

Great spot for a authentic bite!We got the signature Pho tastic pho and it was realllll good! Remember that pho dishes are huge, so we sharedPaired it with some dumplings which were fire, taste so good! Will go again for some boba tea.
I ordered Pho w beef tendon off the phone and lady said they have that. She did seem a little short and did not speak English well. When I got there, it was not busy and noticed place was clean. I told her I was the one who called, she went ahead and ordered the soup for me and suggested the spring rolls too which I agreed to. I only waited about 5-10 min. She was friendly and gave me a take home menu as well as my food. They gave me good portion of tendons which was fantastic, but broth was just ok....I had to add a little chili sauce and fish sauce when I got home. But sides seemed fresh and spring rolls too. I'll be coming back for more. I just think since people have been complaining about the person answering phones/order taker, they should correct that problem. Customer service seems to be holding their 5 stars back as well as broth flavor. The best broth I've ever tasted was down south at a place called bone and broth...but they don't have one here.....I'll give this 4 stars. But if they improved communication and broth flavor, I'd give it a 5!

Avoid this location the staff are garbage. Told us 10 minutes for To Go order and it took 40. Ordered sliders and pork bun and both were cold and soggy. Same thing happened 2 weeks ago but just brushed it off, but this confirms this location is not customer focused. Haven't been to any other location so I'm hoping it is just location that is bad. My tip is don't tip until you receive your order.

I got overcharged and my food did not come out how I ordered it at all! I wanted to like this place, but it really left a bitter taste that they had no attention to detail.Our server came and I ordered a Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio with no green onions (due to dietary restrictions). The order came out with a pile of them! Not only that, the vermicelli was hard and cold.I also ordered a side of CHẢ TRỨNG HẤP, but they gave me some sort of fried ground shrimp pastry. I explained to the waitress that this was a mistake and I wanted egg cake - not the shrimp one. SHE STILL CHARGED US FOR BOTH!The pho broth was very flavorful and the grilled pork was cooked perfectly. So it's a real bummer I am leaving this review.
