BLOSSOM HILL LOCATION CLOSED. Was taken by surprise. No date on the flyer, no explanation, and still has hours listed here and in Google results. It was a sad return trip yesterday afternoon. Back before I was lactose intolerant it was pretty good froyo. And according to the kids it still is (was). Pretty disappointed.

First time trying pinkberry! I think they used to have a one location at santana row or still have one? Not sure. The place was pretty big, not cramped! Since it was my first time, I asked to try some flavors and I think the girl heard that I wanted to try it all which I dont mind. The best flavor was mango because it had a strong taste of mango that didnt taste like powder and it was so good... Im craving it right now as Im writing this. My next favorite flavor would be the strawberry! When I rang up, the guy asked if I had a rewards yet and I replied with no. But I found out that if you do have a rewards account with pinkberry, after 10 visits you get a free one! So sign up (with the app)! Overall I think this place was good! Helpful staff

I went there a couple of weeks ago and they had no soap in the bathroom. They also didn't have ANY soap by the sink that's outside for the employees to wash their hands. I was very disgusted. Will never go there again. Even my 9 year old son asked me, "Can't they go to Whole Foods next door to buy soap?"

I really enjoy frozen yogurt and this is one I really enjoy. There is a simple menu not as extensive like at Yogurtland. It is not self serve so the workers still serve you and put on your choice of toppings. The main reason for the 3/5 stars is because there is only one person working at this location during the times I have visitThere really should be at least 2. One to serve yogurt and one to operate the register. Since there is just one person to serve your yogurt and toppings, they go to touch the cash register which isn't the most hygienic since they don't use disposable gloves.

This place is a joke..Only reason I keep coming back here is for my son when he asks. Kids working here have poor customer service. The yogurt has been out several times when we come in, and never fully stocked with toppings. A lot of times they don't even ask for reward phone number.. So disappointing.

Why is this awesome place going so bad , been here sometimes ,employees are seriously no where to b found, you literally walk in the place and wait in the front for a while for someone to come out from the back, another time he was in the phone etc etc bad experiences for the last 6-9 times:(

I think pinkberry is pretty good, but also nothing special. I think the froyo here is decent, and they offer low fat ice creams if you want something more rich and creamy (which is actually super rich). Pinkberry gives you an option of unlimited toppings, but only as much as can fit in the cups. If you like a lot of toppings I think it's better to go to a self serve yogurt place.

This Pinkberry is kinda shabby in terms of seating and interior design. HOWEVER, the yogurt is top notch. Other places like Yogurtland and Yopop measure by weight and have everything self serve with wacky and fun flavors but lacking yogurt integrity. That sounds like good marketing for kids; as a man, Pinkberry is where it's at. I get the original with honey, mochi, and strawberries every time. They put the toppings on for you, but you can always ask for more since you pay extra to simply get toppings(and they don't seem very irked by it).Technically this makes your toppings less likely to be contaminated as well. Pricing is fine, never been to their bathrooms.

Straight forward Pinkberry (tart yogurt w/ live active cultures) shop. Easier to get to than the Santana Row location. Park on the Office Depot side to avoid the crowded Wholefoods parking area. The kids working the counter are polite and accommodating enough but not really friendly.

We love Pinkberry. It's hands down better than any of the other Fro Yo out there. The staff here is always friendly. Last night there was an issue with a unit so the seasonal Mango passion I wanted wasn't available so we settled with their staple pomegranate. This location seems to always have issues with seasonal flavors. They rarely get new flavors, even after an email states a new one is out to try. If we want to try something new we're going to different location.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon for the first time since our closest Pinkberry location at Santana Row closed down. It was super quiet so no lines and they had all of the flavors including my favorite, the non dairy mango. The young lady working there was nice and quick with our order. We decided to eat our treats inside and I noticed the furniture is super dirty and outdated. Otherwise, I think we will be coming back since Pinkberry is our favorite fro yo! It honestly is the best tasting frozen yogurt. They charge by size not by weight and their toppings are fresh and the fruit isn't canned or frozen.

I really thought this was the best flavor frozen yogurt. You don't even need toppings.
