Slow service and average pizza.It was my first time to Pizza California today and I left over an hour later, very disappointed!The staff were very lethargic and slow to get anything done - our pizza took over 45 minutes, when they were not busy and were giving out food to other guests who ordered after us. It was obviously forgotten, which happens - but there was no apology. At one point they also put someone else’s food down on our table even though we said it wasn’t ours before coming back to collect it 2 minutes later and giving it someone else…When we finally did get our pizza it was underwhelming, the crust was OK, but the toppings cold and slimy. The cheese has good stretch, but might as well be PVA for the little flavour it had!I would recommend Stuft pizza, it’s miles better!

I love their pizza and salad but the new owner has a very bad attitude she was very rude to me and my aunt they messed up the salad the last time I went she owed us one I ordered with egg she said don't think your getting premium added just 6 items I was so upset the salad was awful they should of changed the name the new owner lady don't smile very ugly attitude as I said before you lost my happiness for this place no smile

Even though I live quite a bits way from here, this place keeps making me come back for more and more. Every time I’ve come I’ve had a great experience from the customer service, ambiance, cleanliness and tasty food. They have so many options for meat lovers and vegetarians alike as well as thin and thicker crust pizzas. Their comes come in large quantities and have house made ranch sauce as well. You can truly tell they put a lot of effort into their craft and try to give a homey feel by making almost everything from scratch. I’ve already been here many times and I don’t plan on stopping!

I have been going to Pizza California for about four yearsWith my coworkers, as of today 07/20/2023 we will not be returning very disappointing in the quality, quantity and customer service that it has become. When you cut corners you lose customers!! NO apology, or any amount of free food would ever want me to go back. Place has just gone downhill.
