Donāt order the bacon pizza I just found out itās turkey bacon never says that on the menu anywhere I talked to. I believe it was the manager and told him I wasnāt happy with this pizza and I asked him. How can you make this customer happy his response was I can say Iām sorry. Terrible terrible customer service there.

Second time coming here and the pizza was consistently good. Crust is fluffy and crunchy, portions are great. Plus their coupons are an awesome touch! Found them through a flyer they dropped in our mail box.
Had the worst experience with the guy over the phone today. My wings came plain after I ordered buffalo wings and the guy said he could send a driver to deliver me buffalo sauce. I said oh ok and agreed and then he called me 3 minutes later saying āThe delivery drivers are busy at this time and he will not be able to deliver the buffalo sauce and said he would throw in 3 pieces of wings for free the next time I orderā. I immediately said no thank you and demanded a refund. He put on me hold and āsaid ok and a driver will be there in 10 minutes to pick up the wings I donāt want.ā The Driver came and delivered the sauce but I wanted my refund and the delivery driver did not know about any refund. I told the delivery driver to wait until I called them the guy said I thought you wanted the sauce. The moral of the story is not the sauce but this establishment not doing its due diligence. As soon as I noticed they did not want to help the situation, I made it a bigger deal. Places like this got me to learn better customer service and not everyone is not after free food. Itās your fault and own it. They lost me as a customer over this experience indefinitely and I called to let them know they did and then they tried to give me compensation with different food items but I told them I donāt want anything from them anymore.

We recently called to place an order from this pizza place, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude from the start. He repeatedly insisted, "You gotta be here in 10 minutes," in a very impatient tone. I tried to ignore his attitude and proceeded to place my order, hoping the food would be worth it.
When I asked about their specialties, instead of providing any helpful information, he curtly told me to look online. I found this response both unprofessional and unhelpful, especially for a customer who might not have immediate access to their website. His tone and manner were unnecessarily harsh, making me feel unwelcome.
After a few moments of trying to figure out what to order, he suddenly declared that their oven was closed. This abrupt and contradictory information left me confused and frustrated. If their oven was indeed closed, why didn't he mention it at the beginning of our conversation? The entire interaction was characterized by a complete lack of courtesy and customer service.
Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any restaurant. The rudeness and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff member were unacceptable. I strongly advise against ordering from this place if you value respectful and decent customer service. What a thoroughly disgusting service.

The only reason why I didnāt give them a better rating is because they really messed up my delivery order. When I called, the phone dude insisted that I had the wrong place and almost hung up on me. I was adamant and Insisted that I had received a text confirming my order and finally he came to his senses and took the time to confirm my order! He apologized and then offered to bring a free 2L soda which I accepted.
When the driver delivered the pizza and I asked about the root beer, he told me I made a mistake. No free soda and the order was an hour late. The pizza was good tho and I will probably give this place another try.
A word to othersā¦ If your order is late make sure you call and let them know!
