Don’t order the bacon pizza I just found out it’s turkey bacon never says that on the menu anywhere I talked to. I believe it was the manager and told him I wasn’t happy with this pizza and I asked him. How can you make this customer happy his response was I can say I’m sorry. Terrible terrible customer service there.
I love this place the food is good the implores nice and I live near them and there is a 7-11 so win win and it is my favourite pizza place.😀

Second time coming here and the pizza was consistently good. Crust is fluffy and crunchy, portions are great. Plus their coupons are an awesome touch! Found them through a flyer they dropped in our mail box.

Had the worst experience with the guy over the phone today. My wings came plain after I ordered buffalo wings and the guy said he could send a driver to deliver me buffalo sauce. I said oh ok and agreed and then he called me 3 minutes later saying “The delivery drivers are busy at this time and he will not be able to deliver the buffalo sauce and said he would throw in 3 pieces of wings for free the next time I order”. I immediately said no thank you and demanded a refund. He put on me hold and “said ok and a driver will be there in 10 minutes to pick up the wings I don’t want.” The Driver came and delivered the sauce but I wanted my refund and the delivery driver did not know about any refund. I told the delivery driver to wait until I called them the guy said I thought you wanted the sauce. The moral of the story is not the sauce but this establishment not doing its due diligence. As soon as I noticed they did not want to help the situation, I made it a bigger deal. Places like this got me to learn better customer service and not everyone is not after free food. It’s your fault and own it. They lost me as a customer over this experience indefinitely and I called to let them know they did and then they tried to give me compensation with different food items but I told them I don’t want anything from them anymore.
