When I arrived I was trying to order some good take out, but I was on my motorcycle. I couldn't fit any of the items in my backpack and the available items they offered wouldnt satisfy me. The worker at the register (looked like an assistant manager) offered to put the pizzas in smaller boxes so that I could order. I agreed and placed an order. One customer came in and she threw shade by saying 'war for love'. I thought it was weird but I ignored it just waiting for my pizza. When it was my turn I went up and she had my pizzas in a large box and told me that I had to place them in the smaller boxes when she was the one who suggested that solution. After arguing with me for a bit she went and finally put the pizzas in the suggested boxes. The sudden change in customer service was terrible and the part where she lied and said she told me I had to place them in the boxes myself was aggravating. Not coming back here. Everything was good until this happened. I wouldnt have ordered here if I had to stand there arguing over what she originally suggested. At the end of the day though, I dont have to go back to that place and deal with such poor bs.

Ive been going to this location for years, the last 2 times (including today) I came for the Crafted Flatzz, because they were sooo good & a great price the 1st time I tried it. Pedro made the food both times & it was really good, his customer service was awesome & my orders were hot & ready when I arrived to pick it up...definitely a must try if you live near by & its worth a trip if you're not near by, tell him you saw a great review from me & had to come. 😊

So I went to pick up a pizza , not to dine there was a pick up at the moment the cashier told me the total that was 28.42 but the cashier without asking me or my permission he added to him self a 18% tip 5.11 tip ?? Without my permission I contacted corporate since I am not getting any service just a pick up is not necessary to leave a 18% tip especially when the employee decided to tip without my consent be careful when you go there this people steal your money in your face and the store or the corporate won’t do anything
