Twice in a row now my pizza's have arrived luke warm! Why? Pizza Hut is contracting DoorDash to deliver. I did not ask for a DoorDash service, they are horrible, I don't use it for this reason. I also tip the driver 20% and watch as they drive all over the place taking over 40 mins to deliver the pizza, I live 5 mins away. Stay away form this Pizza Hut unless they start using their own drivers again.

Double tipping. I already paid 20% tip for the driver but the bill the delivery guy brought me required another tip. The total that was mentioned on the bill INCLUDED my online tip as a part of the total and demanded another tip section on the paper. I ended up tipping 40%. Please be careful. The online order receipt does not show the tipping part anymore once ordered.

Ordered pizza and wings online. Normally I go in person for most take out orders but got home late from work. Had gone to pick up the pizza and wings and realized I mistakenly ordered honey bbq instead of Buffalo wings thinking they came Buffalo or plain automatically. Just was tired from a long work day and made an honest mistake, simply asked if there was any way we can pay to swap out the honey bbq wings for the Buffalo and not only did the woman at the counter say no, lol she also stated how online "it clearly says if it was gonna be a side sauce it would have said that" as if I knew that. Cause I order online so much. Lmao. Obviously they're closing and they wanna go home cause it's Friday and the Halloween party's are happening, or maybe she's just having a bad day but regardless this is your job and we even were going to pay extra to swap out the wings for an honest mistake. Makes sense why the ratings here were so low overall, but it was fast and close to home. Just would expect a bit better service.

A coworker recently recommended Pizza Hut to me and told me to try there hand tossed pizzas in witch I did and thought they were horrible. I would say Pizza Hut is around the same level as a frozen pizza from your local grocery store or the pizza they sell at 7-11 but no were near a good quality pizza ...
Placed my delivery order with someone that works here. They ended up not putting my order in after taking down all my information. Called after almost 2 hours and not even a trace of my order. Horrible service and employees.

This might be the best Pizza Hut in the U.S. Service is always great, and they adhere to customizations well!! It was so delicious with extra cheese extra sauce and well done :)
