This is my favorite Pizza My Heart!! Enzo is always friendly, happy to see us, and just an all around good human. While we were there eating, he went and opened the door for a gentleman who is disabled in a wheelchair and greeted him with a smile. The whole team in general is spectacular. All around a great vibe, the customer service is also EXCELLENT!!
Thank you for always being top notch. I moved out of the area and I am really going to miss coming in to see you guys. Cheers!

I love everything about Pizza My Heart. You can buy a whole pizza or grab a couple slices; there are so many yummy types to choose from. And come on, where else can you just grab a slice? The pizza sauce is excellent, and they hand make and toss the pizza dough. They sell fresh salads, and a hidden gem is their chocolate chip kookie hot from the oven. The vibe in the restaurant absolutely meets your expectations of the beach/ surfer theme of the brand. The employees are great, quick to greet you, and get your slices heated up. For this visit at the location on Lincoln Avenue in Willow Glen, street parking can be difficult. We happened to get a spot right away; timing is everything. My son and I came for a slice after school, and we got great service, great pizza, and listened to great music.

One Planet Rescue
I called and ordered a large vegan pizza with two salads. I specifically asked for utensils for three people along with pizza pepper, salt, and pepper for the salad and plastic forks and napkins. Guess what? Pizza arrives with two salads no utensils, no pizza pepper, no salt and pepper and yet they end up putting 10 packs of Parmesan cheese for a bunch of vegans who ordered a vegan pizza… Go figure!

Don't order pizza by the slice during slow periods. On a Sunday evening the pieces we received were past their prime, soggy. I saw that it was not the best but we had few options. Whole pizza are usually fresh and tasty.

Pizza My Heart makes some of the best pizzas in San Jose and I cannot fault anything about the quality of service. I can't, though, in good conscience award 5 stars to a pizza place that charges $50 for a lie. Yes, 18", and yes, several add-on toppings, but that would be $30 anywhere else.
