The review is specific to THIS (Berryessa) location! They won't return lost property that they confirmed they found!!! I left my sunglasses (Oliver Peoples Gregory Peck – orange/tan) at this location on Aug 10. Called on Aug 18, and an employee named Ryan confirmed they had them (He even confirmed the shape,color,etc). The next day, a lady named “Princess” suddenly claimed they were gone and acted like they never existed — completely dismissive and rude. How does something that was confirmed to be found just disappear overnight? No help, no accountability — just a complete brush-off. Feels like they kept them because they were expensive. Really disappointing experience and terrible customer service.

Ordered takeout — two medium pizzas: Big Sur and Manresa. Total came out to about $70.
Unfortunately, the Big Sur was overcooked and noticeably light on cheese and toppings, which was a letdown considering the price. The Manresa, on the other hand, was solid as usual — flavorful and well-made.
Overall, the experience was just okay. Not terrible, but not great either. For the cost, I expected more consistency and quality. Hopefully just an off day, but definitely not the best visit.
Got overcharged for 10 dollars. Said to just cancel the order and the manager said that they couldn't cancel the order.

I love this place. Service was amazing atmosphere was incredible the person who helped me was very kind very friendly and very helpful. I got two slices of cheese pizza and one large soda. Everything was perfect, I do think that the cheese pizza slices could have had more cheese on it because it felt almost like I was just eating dough. The other thing was that the crust was a little bit hard. Overall good experience with the service the atmosphere very friendly staff clean restroom. I will say about the cheese pizza however I do like the experience that I had today. Thank you

I ordered “toogoodtogo” today for about $6. I got three slices of pizza. They were Pepperoni/sausage, ham and pineapple, and another flavor without meat. They all tasted good.
At toogoodtogo, the pickup time was apparently 10am.
They didn’t open until 11am so someone had to unlock the door for me
