This location has recently open seemingly and it’s a small place to go to. This one didn’t add any decorations unlike the one from Santa Clara, but that’s fine. I say that this one is better in terms of parking since we park around here for more than an hour.
I also want to go here because I feel like I want pizza again. Again really nice to have large thinner slices of pizza. I am currently making this my preferred Pizza My Heart location. Would come here again.
Vegetarian options: There is a VEGETARIAN FAVS section from the menu board, but they only have three options
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces here and not too busy!
Derek was so unprofessional together with another male worker. They told me the wait was 10 minutes for 4 slices of pizza. They had me wait 30 minutes. I ended up requesting a refund. In those 30 minutes they handed out the slices I had ordered to other customers. It’s ridiculous. I called to speak to a manager & they said their is no manager available until tomorrow. Terrible business. Never going to this location again. While waiting I also saw they were speaking rude to a vegetarian family

I stopped by to grab a couple of slices :-D’Lex Chicken & Bacon-PestoPizza My Heart is generous with their toppings, but I preferred the Pesto. With less toppings, the crust is more intact. Shoutout to the team that helped me right before closing! Apparently, I walked in 5 minutes before closing, yet they still gave me the option to dine in. They heated the pizza slices. When I realized they were closing up, I asked to take the pizza to go.

The create your own pizza is so bland. There is absolutely no flavour. Look at the photo and just by looking at the pizza it looks like vegetables are just sitting on a base. They don't give you an option for any seasoning for the create your own nor do they add their own. Even the vegetables arent cooked well and feel very raw on the pizza - they dont blend in. Very disappointed. I wanted to try this because I was regularly buying a really nice frozen pizza brand and wanted to try something fresh. However my frozen pizza was 100 times better than this. Perhaps their non custom pizzas have flavor but totally avoid the create your own.

The pizza tastes great. I went there on the day they offered free slice pizza. They had plenty of supplies. They were very well prepared for this event. Their servers were also really friendly and passionate about their jobs. Their work were also well organized. They were really well prepared for their opening. Highly recommended.

My favorite pizza joint is finally local! I love their creative pizza topping combinations like the Big Sur and Little Sir. This is NY style pizza so you’re not drowning in dough so less carb heavy. To me it’s the perfect ratio of sauce, toppings, and crust. The crust is perfectly crispy and chewy. Just yum!
