I love this place. The portions are huge. The main salad is HuGE and can be for two ppl or one ravenous person. The sandwiches I can eat all of it if I'm rlly hungry and will still be stuffed afterward(keep in mind I'm a 17 yr old teenage girl who works out a lot). The turkey breast is kind of dry but it is turkey breast after all. The overall sandwich tastes good though with everything combined.

Terrible service. Awful business practices. I ordered a salad and asked for avocado- dude tells me they're out. No big deal. But THEN, when I sat down I saw that my friend - who ordered RIGHT AFTER ME- had avocado on her salad. So I went back up & asked about it, and they told me that they only had avo available for their "specialty salads" and I had done a build-your-own. (First off, avocado is listed on the build-your-own ingredients, so that's crap- they're just being cheap or don't want to cut a new one. Secondly: Why not tell me that when I ordered?! I would have gotten a specialty salad instead. They specifically said "we're OUT." Why make fools of us all by lying about your produce?) The workers all acted like it was normal (no apology, not even for dude lying that they were out) so I guess this is their normal business practice- which can only mean they have shitty management. Also, when I went back up, they told me that *now* they were out (as in, they gave my friend the last piece), but at this point, I can't believe a damn thing they're saying. Also, they were out of bread (which usually comes with their salads) and they wouldn't give us sandwich or ciabatta bread to substitute. I'd already paid & I'm not the type to keep arguing avocado & bread, but I won't be back. Their food is too expensive for that nonsense.

$13.25 side salad with meat, but it's $2.00 extra for kale. Avocado being extra is understandable, but charging more for arugula, kale, etc is a joke. It's a salad for f*** sake! Hard Pass. Rip off.

This satisfies my carnal cravings while still being relatively healthy. A perfect mix of savory flavors and fresh, fibrous salads wth nutrient rich toppings. I typically get tofu and lean chicken on top of a bed of spinach, beets, carrots, and olive oil. All high quality ingredients. I couldnt care less for the décor but as someone who is there for nutrition and health, that's irrelevant to me. I prioritize my health and typically eat meals at home but if I'm feeling like treating myself, I go to Pluto's.

Our family loves to come here for lunch. Been coming here for years and our little toddler enjoys their kid meals too. I usually order the main salad with white turkey and mix up the 7 toppings depending on the day. The steak is pretty good too but the portion size is relatively small. The waiting in line can be long during rush hour lunch. Also, parkand can be tricky in Santana Row so wish they had a separate parking lot for customers. Recently the service here has been beyond poor. I love the food but the staff here can be very rude and highly unprofessional. It's a shame when you have a good good but poor customer service. It really makes you not want to return.

I eat here every day i ask the guy so its $1 for extra meat he said yes. When i went to pay for my salad the casher said its $2.50 I said he said $1. Manager came after 5 min was rude and mean after finally they accepted that was their mistake he changed the price he throw his card on the table and left. I eat every day here.but i don't pay for people to talk to me like that.

I came back again and I chose the salad. It is an AMAZING salad. They offer up to 6 (or maybe it's 7?) toppings. Tip, get the large size (it's not that much more) and take the rest to go or split with a friend. Lately, it's been my go-to for a quick meal when we're on the row (trying to eat healthy). The honey mustard salad dressing is really tasty as well.

Never called our order and our food just sat there on the counter. We ask for ketchup and barbecue sauce for my sons asteriod nuggets ( more like chicken rocks). The guy who took our order said he would bring it to our table. We waited and waited, finally I go to register and ask him for the ketchup and barbecue sauce. He points to where the ketchup is ( which he could have done when asked the first time) and says the barbecue sauce is extra...:(. At this point I lost my appetite and ask him to give me a refund for my sandwich. I am not sure he did it right, as I asked him for the refunded receipt, but he was not able to supply it

Was with a group of friends and decided to stop by and try something new. We had now idea what kind of place this was but was excited to be able to try a new experience. We ordered our food and everything seemed to be okay. When we got our food. My husband asked for some turkey gravy and the chef/manger turned around with attitude like she was being bothered. He then proceeded to ask for his soup and once agin the lady turned around with attitude and said yes Sir. My husband asked if he was bothering her because her demeanor was very stand offish , and uninvited. She grabbed a big bowl and proceeded to poor soup in the bowl very sloppy . I stated he ordered a cup and your employee checked everything off as such. She said there is nothing that said the size. We said never mind and requested our money back. When we asked for a manger the chef and cashier said they were the mangers. I was very disappointed because as a manger myself I would never treat customers like that. I would of expected an apology but nothing. I went back in to ask for to go containers and all I got was the silent treatment. Very poor customer service. Will never go back to this place again.

My first time coming here was with a friend about a month or two back. Since it's not a traditional sit down & order restaurant, my friend and I were trying to figure out how to order. Eventually we reached the cash register and waited for our food. Awhile had passed & when we asked if our food was ready, the lady was being rude about it. My main reason I'm giving this one star is because my friend and I both got really bad food poisoning from eating here. I wish I read previous reviews before eating here. I work in food service as well and I'm disappointed that I ever spent money eating here.

Very skimpy on the salad topping but make you pay so much also the ladies that were working were rude, aloof and didn't acknowledge me when I came in and because I asked for extra scoop of mushrooms on my salad ( since the lady who grabbed the mushroom took a tiny slither of it) kept arguing with me that I will be charged. Cheap food and skimpy staff that don't value customers. I won't come here no more and will tell my family and friends not to come here
