Missing items I ordered online and only found out after picking up that all of the protein was missing, the tuna and salmon, the most important part of the bowl. How can you even miss that? How? I called but unfortunately it was right at their closing time, so they told me I can come back the next day to pick up the missing parts. So eating my dinner in the next morning? No thanks. They could not give me a refund directly because I ordered through doordash, which is understandable. They were nice, and I understand mistakes happen, but it was so inconvenient and annoying. I ended up getting a refund through doordash eventually, through a long wait on the phone. I hope they will avoid this happening again in the future. The food quality is good by the way.

Kinda seems like they put the bowls together haphazardly. My bowl (placed online) had way too many sesame seeds smothering the bowl, so much sauce that it was overpowering, and skimped on the other ingredients like rice and fish. I couldn’t even finish it because the ratio of fish to soaked/soupy rice was off.

Food is good, but the prices have skyrocketed. I used to go once a week, and now it’s been 2 years since I’ve visited. The large bowl used to be ~$14, and now it’s over $20. I usually get the medium, which was previously about $12, and now it’s $17. The bowls were worth the pre-covid prices, but not what they are now. When my now husband & I were dating, this was our spot because we love poke and our combined spending here was $25 or less. But when we went together post covid, we were shocked when 2 poke bowls came out to $45! On top of that, the quantities were smaller and the workers were not even taking full scoops. They would skimp out on the fish and overload on rice & toppings, which was not the case before. I know costs are inflated now, but $45 is ridiculous considering it’s almost double what it was a few years ago, and the quantity is smaller. Oh, and I recommend ordering in person so you can see what they’re putting in. When I ordered a medium bowl online for pickup, I came home just to find that they had omitted all the fish.

The place gave me a literal raw fish in a package on the too good to go app. They didn’t tell me how to make it. Did not tell me what it was. Did not tell me how to prepare it. Looked at me like I was crazy for asking a question. Do NOT get TOO GOOD TO GO from this place. Just pay the normal price for a poke bowl. Don’t go through the trials and tribulations of getting food before they throw it out. They said they don’t even sell this food here. I’m so disappointed and frustrated that I wasted my money at this place. Poke house let me down. I am looking into the eyes of a DEAD FISH!!!

I think it has a lot of potential -- I will say that everything in my meal was probably 4 ⭐, except the salmon. I don't think the salmon was necessarily bad -- I think it was alright -- but there was just so much of it that I struggled to finish all of it. And that just made the meal no longer enjoyable. It's not exactly the restaurant's fault for giving a large portion of food, but I have to go with the rating that corresponded to how I truly felt this time, so it's a 3 ⭐. Next time I will try another dish and or build your own, and probably it will be better.

Bad service, terrible menu, there's no real menu anywhere unless you grab a pamphlet which immediately turns to trash after you leave, got like 3 different sauces and a decent amount of toppings but the food was still bland.

I was craving poke, but I highly regret that I went today. Now I understand why the rating is 3.9 stars. Customer service is not the greatest. They gave me attitude for asking for extra toppings.I ordered a large and a medium bowl, and when it came to adding in the fishes for the food, they put literally half a scoop of what they usually do for all of the 4 choices of protein. I can't even ask for extra because knowing them, they will charge me extra, which is absurd, because before they would put a FULL scoop for the same price.For the toppings, such as onions, mangos, etc., I had to add for extra and they gave me attitude for it.When it came to sauces, they put so much sauce that it's salty and it's not edible anymore.When they were putting in the mixed in food items with the sauce, they were not careful and they were spilling things, whereas before on other days, the people are very careful with how they handle the food.I had to ask for extra ingredients because they put half of what they usually put. This is unacceptable.This transaction happened on January 15th, 2024, at 5:29pm. Check your cameras, check your staff, perhaps the staff need to be retrained.Unacceptable.

We went here yesterday night and not trying to be rude or anything but the staffs were definitely not as friendly as expected when they do the dish with attitude (especially the last guys in the cashier). I would not gonna say anything but then one of us use the restroom and she can hear they were talking bad about her using the restroom. So next time if u wanna gossip anyone make sure u keep it nice and quite ok. The food might be the only reason u guys earn the second star.
