Everything is good as usual, but they change wasabi and it is a nightmare. The new wasabi is overpowered, with a little mixed in the bowl, I end up coughing so hard that my stomach even spasm.

Has to be the best poke in San Jose/the South Bay, hands down, and I've tried a lot of poke here. Only downside is sometimes I order non spicy sauces and they still give me a spicy one.

Opinion Worth a Thought

Fish tastes fresh, and the various sides/toppings further enhance the taste. People doing the food prep are friendly and patient, asking questions slowly and explaining the process for new customers. We'll definitely revisit as we live close by. The only downside is the seating arrangement is not meant for larger parties. Be prepared to eat facing the wall, sit outside, or get the food as take-out

Ordered from 2good2go, a app where you get leftover food from stores for cheaper. We did not know that our order was cancelled, went inside to pick up, and they laughed saying that its cancelled. Ordered from here 2 more sepeate times and they cancelled again! This location is not good, ive tried other locations and they handled us with respect and care.

Watch out!! The price U PAY is DIFFERENT from the Screen!!when I asked why,the boss say I don’t know.even some cents made me uncomfortable.I do have the money for this box.but i run away and swear won’t coming again.because this merchant is trustless.

I've been coming to this Poke House with my family and friends for over 5 years and all staff has usually been extremely friendly

Today was the first time I met one terrible staff member - Elaine

My wife and I greeted her friendly and we got the silent treatment. We even said hello a second time in case she didn't hear, but nothing. She didn't say anything to us other than what base and what fish.

It was the most awkward one min standing there having said hello, and receiving no smile, no welcome, no hello - just silence back...

I was pressed for time so I ordered takeout. Little did I know, my tuna bowl had NO tuna. I found this out only after I got home. It's criminal to charge $20 for a bowl and can't even make it right. They did remake my bowl when I returned but it's a huge waste of time.

We’ve been regulars here for the past few years and really enjoy the food and service. One request—we’d love to see the charred salmon offered as a regular protein option, not just in the premium bowls. It’s one of our favorites and would be great to have more flexibility in customizing our meals.

Missing items
I ordered online and only found out after picking up that all of the protein was missing, the tuna and salmon, the most important part of the bowl. How can you even miss that? How? I called but unfortunately it was right at their closing time, so they told me I can come back the next day to pick up the missing parts. So eating my dinner in the next morning? No thanks. They could not give me a refund directly because I ordered through doordash, which is understandable. They were nice, and I understand mistakes happen, but it was so inconvenient and annoying. I ended up getting a refund through doordash eventually, through a long wait on the phone. I hope they will avoid this happening again in the future. The food quality is good by the way.
