Great poke for sure but the space to wait for your food leaves a lot to be desired. Run down and uncomfortable. Pick up place that you dot. Want to wait in for a long time.

I showed up at the estimated time and was told orders were backed up and it would be another 10-15 minutes. Bummer, but it happens. My order was three poke bowls. I waited an additional FIFTY MINUTES (AFTER the estimated ready time) for my order. Someone would pop out once in a while to give orders from the other restaurants to the other customers and occasionally apologize to me (he probably saw my face going from disappointed to upset to HANGRY). He clearly felt very bad.I don't know what was going on but if they had told me it was going to take an extra hour from the outset, I could have gone somewhere else to relax instead of standing there waiting thinking it would be done any minute. The food was fine. I'm SUPER annoyed by the experience, though. I rarely give ratings this low.

Been here twice now. Place is hard as heck to find but the food is always really good!! Fat bowl of poke with fresh tasting fish.Today there was a promotion for free Hawaiian chips with your poke bowl that none of the employees knew about, and they had no chips lolWhoever makes promotions might want to pass that info on to their employees????Not the employees fault obviously, they have been very kind both times I went there.I definitely recommend this place for poke.

Tried to make an account on their website and it didn't work. I noticed they have an app so I downloaded that and went through the whole add to cart process only to get an error that won't let me use my card, tried both debit and credit. They really need to figure it out I live less than 10 minutes away and I can't place an order for pickup.

rly filling poke bowls!! i've ordered from here multiple times, and the quality is consistent. they're always generous with the toppings and protein scoops & they also offer free seaweed salad and imitation crab. wide range of options to choose from in terms of the bases, toppings, and protein, and it's definitely worth the price (they also have a rewards app)

Located in a ghost kitchen with a few other food places, Poke N Squeeze is a solid option for poke! They give big portions and have free crab salad and seaweed salad. Our group went in without knowing it was a ghost kitchen so the staff were so nice about letting us order at the cashier. The food was super filling, but their Spicy Tuna was a marinated too long so it was a bit salty. There was a small wait which is understandable since we placed the order in person. A couple people came by to pickup their online orders while we were waiting. The staff were super kind and asked us how we wanted our order packed. There weren't any tables so we took our poke bowls to another cafe and ate there. Overall, a satisfying place and I'd be willing to swing by again if I'm in the area.

Located in a ghost kitchen in the area where Sushi Heroes is as well. I was amazed by the quality for the price, to be honest. A lot of poke places around here easily cost $15-$17+ per bowl nowadays, but Poke N Squeeze was around $13 bucks for a regular bowl. The fish quality was good and the sauces were yummy too. They offer marinated tuna, which I appreciate. I just wish they cut their fish a little bit more cleanly since the pieces were uneven in size and shape. Some of the cuts also had too much sinew on them. Overall though, Poke N Squeeze impressed me from the get go and this is going to become my go to local poke place!

It's a ghost kitchen In an industrial area but the poke was amazing! Order online for pickup or I think there's a delivery service.

The salmon was top notch, thick pieces like buttah! Sushi rice, spring mix, ready mango and avocado. And we had a dragon fruit lemonade. Hole in the wall spot next to a business/manufacturer. Would go again near McKee!

Probably the best delivery Poke I've ever had. Good prices. Got the Big Kahuna and the Salmon Lover. Next time will try the Onolicious.
