Came here mid week looking for a quick bite since I was craving poke. I don't know if I went during a bad time but my bowl wasn't good. It tastes old and flavorless and I had to come back to ask for more kewpie mayo. Fish was definitely not fresh and was not worth $18. The person serving me however, was nice. When I came back to get more mayo, she was willing to do it and was nice about it. Overall 6/10 for the quality of the food. I would recommend going to Poke House or Icey Poki for better quality poke.

I can't believe I never rated this place sooner. All the employees I've seen here are the best! And I've seen them staying a long time too in comparison to other food chains in the same plaza so the turn over rate is much lower.Either way the store that trained them did good. Sadly they don't sell the masubi anymore but they have opened the in store dining back up.Everytime I order i get exactly what I ordered and the food is delicious Everytime. I've never had a single problem. The store is also always clean and stocked. I don't have to pick and choose a seat because it's dirty but there is also outdoor seating. No umbrella though so I recommend inside where the temperature is cool. It's also quiet in the store so the meals are peaceful. And again I can't emphasize how much I love the employees here! They make me feel welcomed evytime and are so friendly! They treat me the same on days I dress up to hangout or if I'm running errands, no matter how I looked. That meant a lot to notice that I didn't need to look nice to be treated nice and sadly I can't say the same for every place I've been to. It makes me so happy :> and that's why I keep coming back! And did I say the food is delicious??So I always choose this place as my first pick when I go shopping in this center. Other places in the center leave me in a bad mood but I can leave here with a smile.Other places id recommend but might not be as clean or friendly would be five guys and pollo loco.Vegetarian options: There is tofu and stuff but it's not really a lot to choose from for vegetarian options..Dietary restrictions: For fish and shellfish allergies or avocado or something I wouldn't recommend eating here because all the ingredients are made in the same store. The employees all wash hands before making food and even double their gloves sometimes when they make my food. But as someone who has worked with food and has a food handling license I wouldn't recommend it. Food can always been cross contaminated even being stored in the same place. Nothing to do with employees it's just better be safe than sorry.Parking: The whole center has parking. At most you might need to walk but c'mon... It's a huge walking center. Don't get back in your car after target just to drive down here unless you have a baby you don't want to hold or something. Enjoy a walk you're good and won't have to park again lol

I've tried a bunch of poke places and this is my fav. The staff is super nice and helpful, the sauce combo they use is perfect. I like this place better than sushi restaurants which says a lot cuz I'm a huge Japanese food fan.

I just ordered a small bowl comes with 4 scoops or protein half and half salad/rice scoop of crabmeat, spicy tuna, salmon,ahí tuna, sliced octopus and avocado 3 other toppings! That was a whole lot food for less than $20-Thanks guys Y'all were great your work/effort and diligence deserves more than the $5gratuity.. get you next time..

No longer accepts cash (boo). Often out of things. There is a PokiBowl in Morgan Hill and that one is great! Not sure what is going on with this one! I never order the salmon in a bowl because I don't like the quality. Yellowtail is usually the best cut and sometimes Ahi too. It has changed quite a bit over the years.

Not the best photo, but the poki bowl was good :) I was craving some poki so I decided to go here since it was nearby my house. I ordered the regular bowl with sushi rice, salmon, and ahi. I liked that they had a good amount of toppings, but the sauces were limited. For the price of the bowl, I wish they gave a little bit more protein, but they were generous with the topping. The restaurant is in a small cute plaza, and its not usually crowded, so I didn't have to wait long for my bowl. I would recommend this place if you like your poki on the sweeter side!

This is the worst poke bowl ever. The salmon is not fresh, the sesame is bitter. Very limited ingredient to choose from, only spicy sauce and soy sauce. Sauce taste bitter and very bad. Will never come again. Any random poke bowl is better than this. And the price is not cheap compared to others.

Everything was great. Staff was nice and helpful! I loved that they gave seating both inside and out. I decided to have lunch at the grassy area right in front of the location. Employees also made my experience very nice. I loved all the topping and that you get 3 proteins for the regular size bowl where other places it only 2. Fish was nice and cool for a warm day and the fish was very fresh

Rice was hard, rest of bowl was decent, but the avocado is free!

It was a convenient spot for lunch but the fish quality is okay. I ordered a large bowl with 1 scoop of salmon and 3 scoops of ahi tuna. It is a nice touch at the end to offer a lot of toppings but even with the shoyu and spicy mayo sauce it could not improve the taste of the fish. The sushi rice was warm but it was hard and did not taste fresh- it tasted like it's been there for a while. The overall food experience was okay and I felt unsatisfied. Honestly there are other better spots if you're looking for a poke fix. On a positive note the workers there are very quick, friendly and helpful. There is ample parking around the area.

This has honestly been one of the worst poke spots I've been to. The parking lot is very sketch it looks like zombies walking and talking to themselves. When I entered the service was kind - they get 5 stars- but the price is completely insane and the food has no flavor. They don't have much toppings or add ins. Some of my tuna was colored different as if it was old. I will definitely not be back to this place. Food was below 1 star

I don't mind that there weren't as much vegtable options but what I didn't enjoy was that the edamame that they used was spoiled. It ruined the whole taste of the bowl. It made everything taste rotten and it ruined my appetite. The rice wasn't seasoned like sushi rice and just tasted plain.

Delicious and friendly staff would definitely come back. Food was fresh. A bit pricey though.

I've been meaning to visit Poki Bowl but I haven't gotten myself to it yet. I do like that they have a tofu dish in their menu. Also, check out their menu, I've heard great things! It's definitely a healthy option and a good one.I just landed up getting the Macaron Ice Cream by Mavens Creamery I took the milk chocolate cheesecake flavor for a quick dessert/snack cuz it wasn't lunch time. And it was delicious, a bit expensive for a tiny bite but delicious nevertheless. The staff is sweet, very welcoming and they answer all your questions which makes me want to try out poki bowl for lunch next time, will drop another review on the food. It's a small restaurant but does seem to be popular during lunch hours especially.
