I ordered food online and arrived about 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. The food was ready and PIPING hot! It was so hot that my brother couldn't hold it on his lap in the car. But we actually really really appreciated it - it's hot pot after all! And instead of having to drive 25min away to go to either one of our houses to reheat it, we went straight to a park 10min away to picnic :) Thank you to the staff at Pop Pot. We wish you all safety and sanity during this ongoing pandemic measures! ❤

Good variety on soups. Good flavor and amount Fried chicken steak is really good. It's the kind of hot pot where everything is already in the pot, so goers be aware.

I really really like this place. The lack of consistency knocks it down a star for me. I've been here many times throughout this year and I continue going back because of one pot. The sukiyaki. I have yet to find any other mini hot pot spots that compare to Pop Pot for sukiyaki. Must try for sure. The instant ramen is thinner here than most places and it's kinda nice.

When we walked in there were still unbussed food/dishes on a few tables, and so we had to wait for them to get cleaned before we could sit. Then we ordered and the food doesn't take too long to come out. But the appetizers were not that special. The Chinese sausage was super plain and didn't have that much side of garlic, which is what you're supposed to eat it with. We asked for the toothpicks to be able to stab the garlic with the sausage together (authentic feel). The stinky tofu was not that good imo. There's not much sauce and the texture was a little rough and overall didn't enjoy too much.

Terrible service! Be aware if you are hungry! You need a lot of PATIENCE! The owner needs to either treat you employees better or fire people who serve. They don’t check waitlist often. I came here and saw lots empty tables, but no one was leading the table.

Not good at all. The broth was so bland and its the same bland broth no matter which type of pot you choose. They serve stinky tofu and you can definitely smell it in the air. Service is slow even when there isnt many patrons. The staff might have been overworked or something becuase they were not service with a smile. They seemed tired or depressed. Not worth it.

Loved the HotPot experience. I'm a vegetarian, but there was plenty of options like the Mushroom Hotpot which can be made Vegan by replacing the meat and seafood with more veggies and Tofu. The portions are OK, wish it was one HotPot for two adults but for 2 adults and a child, we ordered two hotpots and still craved for more. I wish they had a customizable menu where you choose your broth and pick any items (ex. choose any 6 veggies, any 3 meat etc). But the very fact that they make the dish Veg is good enough for now! We also ordered the Lamb Hotpot and it was succulent meat, tasty broth. So, definitely going back!

Very fresh ingredients, tasty soup (most importantly not salty). Friendly service. I would go again if I'm hungry for hot pot.

One of the best Taiwanese hotpot.

The services are good. Do not hesitate to add extra soup or fuel to keep your pot boiling. The soup flavor is mild yet tasty. Good meal for a cold winter night.
