Poor customer service, ordered for pickup and the pack everything together trying to save some money in packages or I don’t know though they were separate in the order.

I ordered form DoorDash, they missed my 12pcs chicken wings and I try to contact them, however, no one answered the phone, I called like 8 times, it’s super duper terrible service ever. No orders anymore!!!!!!!!

Delivery is a ripoff! I was fine with the delivery fee plus additional tip. After placing the order I wondered why I’d just paid $60 for fast food for two people. I found that *every item* costs even more for delivery - an additional layer of hidden junk fees! I will avoid all Popeyes in the future because this is unacceptable.

Good chicken and mash potatoes with gravy. The French fries are good down load the app for the deals I tried the macaroni and cheese it was so good the chocolate biscuit was super dry

Popeyes is good however their prices are ridiculous. The location I went to wanted $7 for a large side. A 3 piece is 14 dollars I understand inflation but this is a bit crazy for fried bird.

Found hair in my burger. No one was wearing a hairnet.

My mistake was coming in on a Tuesday and perhaps choosing this location. Spent over $115 ordered the specials, tenders, sides and a dessert. Waited for 45 minutes only to be told that our number 238 was called out already and picked up.. except our number was 228 and the mistake was on their end as one of the employees gave our order away to someone with the number 238. Had I not got up there to ask about it we would’ve been waiting all day for absolutely nothing. Not a single employee apologized for the mishap or given us any kind of compensation for the wait or mess up. Needless to say the employees need to be trained more efficiently as today was a complete disaster. I don’t think we will be back.
