I usually look at my order but for one reason or another I didn't. I get home fries where cold and my 6 wing where flats and drums which I didn't order and they put this sweet and spicy sauce on there. I called to speak with someone and line just stayed busy. NO EVERY GOING TO POPEYES AGAIN.

Showed up for my online order. They told me they didn't have enough legs, so would have to give me a mixed box. The customer they were ringing up proceeded to order their meal (all legs). The worker assured me that everything was in there. I get home and I'm missing 6 wings. Will not come back. I'll go back to kfc instead.

I tried to find a way to cancel my order from app and refund because I accidentally ordered this location. Nothing works. Disappoint

Don’t go to this one, they suck. I order online but the online menu doesn’t show the specials. Manager didn’t give me the deal even if it was the same price (5 piece for $10 instead is the online price of 16 piece for $39-ish). I would have happily paid the minor difference ($2-3 for four more pieces). Also, he didn’t decline me in a professional and nice way, he literally said “you already ordered so I can charge you for the four more pieces), I don’t really care”. This is why owners should pay for better managers (if he was really the manager). Minimal in the English language. I get it, you don’t need to be an educated high school graduate, but at least get some training in customer service, this is not a liquor store dealing with angry intoxicated customers. You piece of….you give Popeyes a bad label.

Go to the one on McKee or even further.

Let me start with the experience today at this location at 6pm. I ordered for pick up Mix&Match Family Meal which include 24 pieces chicken wings and 4 sides plus an add-on drink. I ordered with my friend so we will split the order. Right after I got my order, I told her that she didnt' give me the drink. After I got my drink, I checked the bag and found out 2 sides of Coleslaw are missing, then I went back again. Good thing I chose to split the chicken in the restaurant without leaving. Then, 2 pieces were missing(only22) were in the box, then I went back again the 3rd time. I didn't even think they would make mistake on every single item, so I didn't check the sauce. Not a surprise, they didn't give me the Bayou Buffalo sauce. The entire time, I didn't hear any apology from the girl who packed the order. She just gave me the face like "oh". Even I said “thank you" every time she handed me the missing item, she ignored it and looked away. It is strongly recommended that your company needs to train the employees better with their work and improve the quality of service at this location.
Tips for all: CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DOOR. ITEMS ARE MISSING.

Pro: delicious fried chicken tenders!!!! My fav actually. I am comparing with KFC (too oily), chic fil li (bad batter), mcd (fake meat), wingstop (chicken bites and not tenders)

Con: they need to clean the tables, soda machine area. They don’t even leave napkins or straws for customers anymore. :( they used to! Getting too pricy!

5 crispy tenders, bread, 12oz soda(?), mashed potatoes with gravy for $16.99!!!! Their blackened ranch!!!!

This Popeyes' location sucks! I ordered Doordash twice from this location. The first time, I ordered their Caramel Apple Cheesecake and got their Apple Pie. Called Doordash about order and Doordash gave me a credit. The second I ordered, again, I got their Apple Pie instead of their Caramel Apple Cheesecake. Again, I called Doordash customer service. They redelivered my order and guess what? I still got their apple pie instead of their Caramel Apple Cheesecake. Popeyes, please hire compete employees! At least one that can READ or check the order before handing it to the Dasher!
