Old Jester Awhdacoart called me yesterday and asked if I could help him and his little squeeze Olive, set up a olive oil press at Brutis and Wimpy's farm up on Hamburger Hill. Well, I told him I'm busy on the first of April but I'd be happy to do it on Tuesday.It was a chore, but we got that press humming and spitting out juice like a Kardashian. That Jester was so happy, he took us all out for lunch at the local Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen!The chicken sandwiches were Amazing! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

We tried wings. I ordered sweet BBQ. It was too spicy for us. I guess even the wings without sauce is spicy. We do enjoy their classic chicken sandwiche.

Staff and management need to tend to the dining area and keep the place clean. Nobody wants to sit and dine in a dirty restaurant with tables not wiped and debris all over the floor. 2 employees just walked by a paper towel laying in front of the restroom. Lack of leadership and ownership in this establishment. Please see 1 example in my photo

Man what happened I use to love Popeyes chicken to go order got it home and sad that the smashed potatoes were dry. Hardly any gravy chicken. Super greasy a lot of fat under the skin like they don't trim the chicken no more. It's just super greasy can't say that enough. The taste was off. Think they don't change their oil regularly. The food is decent but service from yesterday’s manager was quite unprofessional. The store had at least 5 or so people in the front near the counter packing the meals, including the manager. The store had plenty of staff in the front to help waiting customers but the manager seemed to be too busy chatting and laughing away with her friend in the front while packing food, instead of helping out waiting customers. Finally, one of the more experienced staff realized I was waiting for some time and helped out. In this case, I don’t blame the several associates in the front for the wait time, because the manager set a poor example of not acknowledging customers and chatting away with staff. Very unprofessional. Additionally, I saw an associate touch their phone at the front near where food was being handled, that’s quite unsanitary. A better example should be set by management for sanitation and customer service.

This small little store had been a favorite for both my dad and my husband. Upon coming in, it's a little foggy with the steamy cooking happening in the kitchen.When Popeyes had introduced their wings, we've been coming here a lot more. Last night , we walked in and ordered 48 wings. It was about 10 minute wait but it didn't seem long since we were enjoying the fried chicken aroma in the air. The staff members were nice and efficient.I usually like to order my wings with sauce on the side, but my husband perfers it on the wings. I thought they'd dunk the wings in sauce, but it was just a drizzle. Doesn't look as nice as the plain wings. I've tried all the sauces at this point, and Ghost Pepper is a favorite of mine..I just like dry rub wings. BBQ following in second.
Really nice Staff and Excellent Customer Service.They should just change the cooking/frying oil and do a deep clean of the restaurant.They probably need the owners to come in and reevaluate their food quality.

My wife and I went in the dirty restaurant and stood in front of the counter for a few minutes. The staff never acknowledged that we were there. We left. They had to have seen us, however the employees of this establishment were too busy socializing amongst themselves to bother with greeting us or taking our order. The staff, the store all looked really dirty, greasy and not a place worthy of the exorbitant prices.With a 2 pc chicken lunch costing 12 dollars these days, they should be at least being aware we exist. What a horrid experience. Never will we attempt to visit a Popeyes here in the bay ever again. Over priced and not welcoming for people.

Expect diarrhea the next day. Wife and I love Popeyes but have noticed we both get painful diarrhea the last 4 times we ate here.This did not used to be the case. They're doing something really wrong. Also noticed less customers than a year ago. They're probably experiencing similar symptoms. Unacceptable.
