Yeah, Just turn back around friend. No one wanted to take our order and the chicken seemed to have been there for over 50min so you know the taste was going be disappointing. They love to chat on the phone though. Bad customer service and more should be in the back in the kitchen. Cashier left his post and manger didnt even acknowledged us.

This is probably one of the worst Popeyes you can go to. When it comes to running out of chicken. The first time i came they were out of the chicken to make a chicken sandwich. I didn't have the time to wait for them to make more. I was on my lunch break from work. The second time, I ordered 6 pieces bone in for them to tell we only have 4 left. I asked to replace it with the boneless, for them to tell me they are also out of that. This is really poor managing. Retrain your staff to prepare food better please. I love Popeyes!!!

It may seem “petty” to complain about sauce. But the sauce makes the meal. It is the one thing that can elevate food from basic to delicious.

The easiest parts of an order to get right are the sauces, utensils, and drinks. You literally have to go out of your way to mess up one of these items.

So imagine my shock when both my drinks and sauces were wrong. Honestly, it’s impressive. I feel like my order was entered into a contest called “How Many Ways Can We Ruin a Meal?”

The drinks are the simplest part cup, beverage, lid, straw, done. Too simple.
And sauces, literally just grab them and drop them in the bag.

This may be a radical idea but you may want to consider giving customers EXACTLY what they pay for… just a thought!

I believe the Popeyes in the San Jose area is one of the latest to close. It has a drive-thru, and the service was fast and accurate. The food was for my son, and he really liked it, so I assume it was good. We didn't go inside the restaurant, so I'm not sure how clean it is or how it looks inside.

It took me 20 minutes to get my mobile order. I had to circle through the drive-thru twice. The staff was rude and repeatedly asked me to “wait beside that trash bin,” even though there was no car behind me. He seemed more concerned about a timer that only he could see, and tried to push me aside just seconds before my order was ready. When handing me the food, he gave me an annoyed look.

Took 30 mins wait when there is only 4 cars in the line, and was told they are out of stock for items I ordered online for scheduled pickup, and refused to refund.

I chose this Popeyes because it's close to my home. This is the second time in the week that I had my order messed up. I use the app. I picked out the select pieces of chicken and the sides that I wanted and it was incorrect 2 days ago when it was incorrect. The manager checked the ticket apologized and fixed it because they knew they were wrong the second time. I think the lady was upset because I mentioned that there was the second time she got an attitude with me and I watched her try to replace pieces of that chicken instead of replacing the entire box as well as the sides. She tried to give me old fries instead of giving me the fresh fries and then when I told her that I watched her do it, she got combative with me. She told me that fresh chicken would be 15 minutes. I told her okay. I don't mind waiting she said can you pull up? I said no. I don't want to pull up. Why can't I wait here? She said just get yourself a refund on the app so I sat in a drive-thru and told her to come back to the window and write it down her name and store number. She gave it to me very loppy I could barely read it so I waited for them to come back and for them to write it down again. And then after that the nice gentleman at the drive-thru said that my chicken will be ready soon. If I could please pull up then they would have it ready for me and because he was polite I did what he asked. She was rude and if she's having a bad day she should not have clocked in.
