This place is timely and the quality is great. Not very many places like this still. I usually get the tenders with the Buffalo sauce and let me tell you, the color and taste of that sauce is AMAZING. If you like hot/spicy things, that sauce is for you.Anywho, enough about my love for the God given sauce, the workers there are very welcoming and understanding. They also accept EBT here so that's a plus. I recommend this Popeyes for anyone in the area or surrounding areas.

Super slow service with 1 car in front of me in the drive thru. I come up to the ordering box and no one says a word for 5 minutes, I say hello and they said please wait a second but had me wait 10 minutes, this was also happening with the car before me. they messed up the 1st cars order, i saw them take something back and made a new sandwhich for them. Took nearly 30 minutes and once I got my order, which I ordered ahead on mobile app, I ordered 5 pieces and only received 4. Had to walk in side and wait another 15 minutes in line to get my order fixed. I've experienced slow service here the past 6 visits.

I'm pretty disappointed ?. I ordered the chicken wings 12 pcs and did 6 of the garlic parmasean cheese and 6 of the honey BBQ flavor. Well I ain't never tried chicken wings of those flavors with so much spice and heat ? my mouth was on fire ? ‼️anyway I did NOT enjoy my meal at all and they "jipped" me of a mac n cheese. And when did they allow claws (long nails ?) in the food industry with NO GLOVES on handling food?.

the food i got was pretty good but if im being honest the customer service was not it. i went through the drive thru and im not sure if the lady on the mic could hear me but she missed part of my order. and when i asked how long the wait would be she gave me attitude for no reason, (and i was asking very nicely). i went in to get sauce for my order. I didn't see a point in going through the drive-through again. I stood inside for 10 minutes waiting for someone to notice my presence by the front. i eventually just got in line to get the sauces. they weren't even having a rush. even a couple of the workers looked and ignored me while i was clearly waiting
Typically I use their drive through, but if you have more than 1 instruction for them. just assume they’ll get it wrong. I can’t think of any time I’ve gone there and gotten my order correct. I just gave up because I like their food. Their employees are just brainless.

They gave me 4 Sauces and I was truly awestruck by that action as normally I would need to fight for the extra sauces
