Without a doubt the worst Popeyes I’ve eaten at. There’s always a wait of at minimum 20 minutes when I order.
Not the best neighborhood, there's a marijuana dispensary in the back of the building which might be helpful to some. Good service, got the order correct!

First time coming to this location. We came in at 4:45pm on Thursday. And we tried to place an order on the two available kiosks that they have in front. We placed our order and the kiosk had an error message and could not place it and for us to see the cashier. We went to go see the cashier and it was a young male working with curly hair. We stood in front of the register waited for be help. He said “ma’am, you have to order at the kiosk.” We said “it’s not working for both.” He said “it happens, you have to do it again” So we went back and placed the order for the third time and we still received the same error message. The boy said “it’s not working then, you can go somewhere else.” He was so rude to us. We asked nicely if he can take our order. And he said “I’m backed up with orders and can’t take your order” then he proceeded to talk to his coworker and said something in Spanish and his coworker looked at us. I understand that sometimes businesses are understaffed during peak times with just two associates working. But that’s no way to speak to a customer. I wouldn’t mind waiting if he took my order and said I can place your order but it will be a wait. I would’ve appreciated that response. But his attitude and rudeness was unnecessary. No manager was present when we asked. I will definitely escalate this to corporate because that is no way to speak to people. If you can’t deliver hospitality, don’t work in the food industry where you have to engage with people. I hope customer service improves for this location and hire nicer staff. Thank you.

First of all it is always freezing when I come in here. They must want no dine in guests. This isn’t surprising considering their chicken wraps are ice cold. I asked why and they said it how we make them. I asked why do you don’t you leave mobile order under heating lamps instead of on the counter in this cold building and she said they don’t have room. I asked how hard would it be to keep the wraps in a warmer or something similar? Like what sense does it make to serve guest ice cold food. All I got was blank stares obviously these aren’t questions she can answer, she’s just doing what management wants. My frustration is with the ridiculous store or corporate management. Aside from that I have to rewrap because they don’t know how. Lastly the store is always dirty.

The signs everywhere say absolutely no ordering at the counter to use the kiosk except the kiosk does not function properly will charge your card say approved ( credit card notification of approved) then say they never got the money. Showed proof from the notification and staff asked me to log into my account and prove it (which is a security violation to see my credit account balance etc) they argued with me forever and had to call a manager to do a background check and see if it went through etc etc. total time from order to food appx 30 min. Had to put a complaint with credit card company to not pay them twice while waiting. They would not make my food and ended up charging me again to get 2 chicken sandwiches then once home the food itself was terrible ……. Bacon Swiss chicken sandwiches had about a spoonful of BACON CRUMBLES!!!!! Not even full cheap bacon!! Staff was rude and unprofessional and still refused to put a sign on the machine that obviously didn’t fully function right so it was bound to happen to the next person avoid this location at all costs

I really didn't like the attitude of the staff, the doors were open, I went in to order food, they said they were closed, I said okay. Then I asked if I could use the restroom. They said no, we are closed. I repeated the question, just the restroom, they said no, we are closed.

Not fast food, make estimate 30 to 40 minutes wait for food to be ready.
