The nastiest Popeyes i have ever been to. Had I not already paid for my order via quiosk I wouldn't have got food here. I've seen better new York bathrooms. Will report to the city

Kiosk prompts you to order due to short staffing yet there are three people standing around doing nothing! Kiosk does not show combo options so we had to order from a person. We ordered and they were out of breasts! 10-12 minute wait. I substituted thighs and they gave me a break on the price I think! It took a conference to figure it out! Order for two was $33! Wow! Food was mediocre. Went to wash hands and no soap in the restroom and it was filthy . When I informed the staff they were huddled at the register making paper airplanes!! We are witnessing the slow death of our institutions first hand and no one seems to care! Sad!

Great food, There is a pre-order sign before actual order desk expecting the customer to use it. It doesn't seem to speed up things.The staff is eager to get the order fast, just alittle lacking in atmosphere.

Employees are absolutely un bothered by the customers, they dont care you are there. Food taste and quality compared to other locations is also bad. Plus no one calls your order if its ready they dont check if you want to dine in or to go order. Trash all over counter tops as well. Terrible location and

I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order. It wasn't busy, there were a few customers, but I was told I had to wait for more chicken to cook. They said it would be 9 minutes, after I had already been waiting a while, and it ended up being 15 minutes. The restaurant wasn't clean. There was food residue on every table.Parking: Few spots at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: This business is wheelchair accessible.

The great location for a quick meal, this restaurant is now implementing a new possibly mandatory kiosk for ordering food which is very easy to use and is the first one I've ever used that dispenses a printed receipt directly. The restaurant manager was very polite and helpful when showing/introducing the ordering kiosks, I would definitely return as the location had fast and friendly service and the food was nice and hot.Parking: Free parking, this location shares the parking lot with a medical herb dispensary.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and entryway.
