Honestly this location is just terrible.
Horrible food quality, cold soggy chicken.
Terrible unfriendly service, no one listens, pretends to not speak English.
No tissue papers, no water, bad food quality.
I usually enjoy Popeyes but this one needs some help. 2 of our meals sat on the counter for 12 minutes while waiting for a chicken sandwich. We ended up with a nice fresh chicken sandwich, but 2 orders of chicken and fries that were cold. They had our food ready to go for another 5 while the lady made more sandwiches as well. 20 minutes with only one person in front of us and several after us served first.
If you buy soda you might as well buy a small because I bought a large and they gave me a small. They said that's large. All while I'm looking straight at the large cup. Also they do not give free refills. They charge $1.50.
Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered two big boxes with rewards and for some reason didn’t go through and after a struggle of proving it, employee was willing to go through giving us something for free, but we wanted our original order and politely asked for the manager. The manager then decided to escalate the situation and refuse to do the order. We then placed a second order of the same two big boxes which we payed full price for, that also didn’t go through but the chicken and order was available in which we had proof of fully paying the order, but decided to proclaim it was closing time 5 minutes before their closing time and decided to throw away all the food in front of us. Then I had to request a refund for both my points and the order I payed for, and before closing time didn’t even let us order a third order at the store itself. Employee was very understanding but manager definitely had some kind of bias or was discriminating or was just lazy. At this point we wasted over an hour and gave up and went home to eat with whatever we had in the fridge. God awful.

i ordered two meals and the employees gave me ONE sauce and i asked for more they were arguing with me about it saying i need to pay , giving me one more sauce isn’t gonna hurt you ?

Crispy chicken, buttery biscuit. This is what Popeyes supposed to taste like. This location cooks the food so good they need to train other locations. Thank you I love Popeyes again.
