The bowls are great tasting! The topics only make the bowls better! The service is not the best. They always have ingredients missing like granola, nuts, honey. This time I purchased a bowl, they didn't have honey and they still charged me for it because I paid for everything before they figured out they didn't have honey. I wish their managing was more organized.
Açaí Bowls have no chopped fresh fruit on top...Pictures show fruit for topping, shaved coconut, and other yummy toppings but all I got was granola. My açaí bowl also had no açaí, it looked very light, usually all others I've bought look dark purple.I have never bought an açaí bowl with no fruit toppings either. They also had seating inside and employee did not not mention to me upon coming in, that they only offered takeout or delivery if not I would not have purchased...read full review

The food was tasty but when I got there, after the Postmates app notified me my order was ready, they hadn't even started assembling the sandwich yet. I order ahead of time for a reason. If I show up early I don't mind waiting but I was already several minutes late.
