Went here based on the reviews and I’m so glad I did! The storefront is small and unassuming with a no-fuss setup so the focus is entirely on the fantastic pastries. The danish of the day was strawberry passionfruit and oh my goodness, I wish I had gotten two! Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

Preligen's is just around the corner from my office and the delish pastries has me walking down the street to grab a nosh whenever I can. I just love the food. You'll not find anything better than Preligen's wonderful croissants and tiramisu!

Maybe the best bakery in the Bay. Definitely the best croissants outside of France.

Pretty decent place with nice coffee/drinks selection and pastry selection. Pastries are more on the sweeter side and very few, 4, that are savory.

Croissants are a bit bready and lacks the richness you’d normally expect from freshly baked croissants. The other pastries are decent, though again, mostly sweet options.

Wouldn’t make this a daily/regular spot but not bad to go to every now in then if you’re in the area and need a quick coffee/pastry.

My wife and I came here first a couple weeks ago and were surprised by how absolutely delicious the pastries are. We got a chocolate croissant, the ham and Gruyère croissant and a couple other goodies… the place is now our favorite bakery in the area. The pastries are masterfully done. How this place is not busier, I have no idea.

Absolutely the best, most authentic French bakery in South Bay. Hands down under rated…you’ll regret if you don’t go.

Tried Almond croissant on Saturday morning - it was cold and not fresh. Not sure if they were made elsewhere
Also feel expensive

H I identify gem in San Jose. It is a minimal but amazing bakery. They have limited options but everything tastes delicious there.
