I've been going to premium pizza for years now, I especially love their chicken spinach. This last time they told me 25-35 minues, I got there in 35 and they made me wait another 40 before they even started on my pizza. I canceled and walked away angry and dissatisfied, that is the very last time I go to premium.

Ordered takeout, so I can't say much about service or atmosphere, though everyone was super kind- very old-school neighborhood pizza-shop vibes. The pizza was delicious- we had the chicken white sauce pizza, which was great, and the pastrami pizza as an interesting pick, which was phenomenal! Really good pizza crust, good blend of flavors and ingredients. Definitely get the interesting pizzas, I would say- they know their craft, and if they make it it's probably great!

We've come here a few times already and I've noticed two things in those few times. 1) they had a deal going on for two small 2 topping pizzas for $20 for a short time. At first they were ok with mixing half with different toppings and then they told me no they can't split the toppings on halves. A little odd as it's a small pie and it's not like they're generous with the toppings but kinda distanced us with that deal. 2) we ordered a large pie last night, nothing special just a pepperoni with white sauce instead of red as we get heartburn from the red sauce. When my wife got home with the pie, I had to make sure there was a pizza in the box as it was so light in weight. Little disappointed as usually a pie from anywhere else usually almost touches or touches the box, sometimes the crust will climb the sides. Thus pizza was a little smaller than the box for a large and seemed as though there was hardly any sauce but a thin layer of cheese with a few pepperoni on each slice for a large, also very thin not that we don't appreciate a good thin pizza but for a large a portion should fill us up and we were able to eat more than half as it seemed as if there was few ingredients. This pizza is overall decent but seems as though they micro weigh out the ingredients rather than going authentic and making it in a way that a customer would appreciate it.

Have ordered delivery from this place twice and it has been very delicious! Have tried the combination, 2 topping pepperoni and sausage, and olive and pepperoni. All pizzas tasted fresh and delicious! Also tried the potato skins and the I’ll definitely be ordering again. Also, very good and friendly customer service upon placing phone orders. Will definitely keep this place in business.
Great tasting pastrami sandwich and I even eat all the crust of the pizza's.

Their partnership with the Slice app cost them a customer. I submitted an order at 8pm which was cancelled at 8:45 since Slice didn’t forward the order saying their app was having problems and there’s nothing was nothing they could do. Slice doesn’t care and neither does Premium Pizza. Plenty of other pizza joints around so need to waste money with these guys.

I ordered online a one topping pizza (pepperoni) and when I got home I realized I got a cheese pizza instead. I called and the guy, who clearly doesn’t care about his employer’s reputation, said that it showed as cheese pizza.
Then my husband called to order another pepperoni Pizza and the same person said that they are out of pepperoni! I called and said that I know they are out of pepperoni and that he lied to me because I did order a one topping pizza and got a cheese pizza instead and it’s clear why…. He didn’t care that I am going to give them a bad review, wished me a good day and hang up. Here goes another customer- who paid a ‘small business fee’ for her order.
Editing my review and changing from 1 star to 4- they called me the following day and apologized for the incident before they saw my review. Apparently the person who was there the other night left a note that I complained. They also refunded me for the pepperoni pizza and this pizza is tasty, so I am giving them another chance ?
