Tea was amazing. They didn’t have any air conditioner on and they kept the doors open so it was hot and muggy inside, plus hot and muggy outside. They have outdoor chairs and seating with a little umbrella cover. If I had known they didn’t use air conditioning I would not have gone there. Will not return.

Got the passion fruit slushy with strawberry heart jelly. Was delicious. Jelly was chewy and great and the slushy was flavorful and tasty. The claw machine was rigged, but what’s new. We ordered mobile but they only started making the once we got there.

I've been a longtime fan of this place and have always enjoyed coming here. However, I had a disappointing experience recently. On Sunday, I placed two orders, one of which was for Extra Lychee with less Boba. Unfortunately, they did the opposite of what I asked for.When I spoke to the owner, Lee, he assured me that if I came back, he would refund the extra amount. However, I couldn't return immediately as I was traveling to San Francisco.When I visited the next day to get a refund and place another order, Lee's response was completely different from what we discussed on Sunday. I was really disappointed with the service.
Parking: Sometime parking is hard at this place.

Solid boba place, super nice staff. Creative drink menu with lots of different options and uncommon options for teas including butterfly pea, osmanthus, rose and jasmine. Prices are really fair and reasonable for the current year, only $6 for a drink with toppings! I get the blue butterfly tea. :)
