Q Pot Korean BBQ & Hotpot

First time at the Greenville KPot location. Had a great time! Couldn’t ask for a better waiter, Thinh was very attentive and made great conversation with it.

Favorite hotpot and kbbq spot out with a good amount out sauces for flavor. Soju drinks are top tier. Wife found a cockroach last time we went 6/12/25 so had to knock down 2 stars

First of all, I want to say the food was delivious. I am giving a ONE STAR because the server(s) that we had was RUDE, inattentive and felt like didnt want to be there. When we got there , we were requesting for a specific table only because we had 4 kids and didnt want to be near the crowd so we do not disturb anyone but the server was hesitant and didnt want to do that already, we ended up sitting right on the middle! Which was the complete opposite of what i had asked. Second, i am questioning why i have gotten a service charge of 18% ($25 more)when the “service” was soooo soo bad!! We kept ordering food, but it took too long to get on our table, and some of the orders didnt come at all! The little ipad on the side kept malfunctioning as well for some reasons. Again, the food was great but having to may an extra $25 for a horrible service was unacceptable!!! No tip for you!

Part of me doesn’t want to write this review—because the more people find out about Q-Pot, the longer the wait times might get! But honestly, I love this place.

It’s our go-to spot whenever we have guests in town. Whether someone’s craving hotpot or Korean BBQ, Q-Pot has both—and does them well.

The food is consistently good, the service is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself is clean and well-designed. It’s always a solid dining experience.

We took our daughters here today for lunch. We have never been to a hot pot place. While they enjoyed the cooking of the food, that was about it. Service was good, but the restaurant felt really dirty, the bathrooms were dirty too. The main reason for my rating is the food quality was horrible! We did the bbq meats. I ordered shrimp, they weren't deveined, and it was a mess to try and clean those and take the shell off. I think its fine to leave the shell on but they should have been cleaned. The meats were super tough and chewy, I had to spit pieces out because I couldn't chew or swallow them. Just all of the food seemed super low quality. We would definitely not come back

Very quick service compared to other KBBQ places. Portions seem to be larger than others as well. For a party of 5 we got a two burner table and we were able to cook as quickly as we could eat. Chicken nuggets are good if you want something to eat instantly, but they give you a big portion.

Went on Wednesday for dinner and been here a few time and their food quality has gone down. Best meat was the spicy pork belly and spicy Bulgogi. Probably going to look at other kbbq option in the area.

Food was very bad. Everything was bad quality. The tables were very greasy, and there was a certain Sour smell coming from the kitchen over all the place was very dirty and seemed very unsanitary, but our waiter was very nice.

The food was decent, some items were pretty good, but definitely not the best I’ve had at similar spots. We had some issues throughout the meal: our server, Mindy, was very friendly but not very helpful when we ran into problems. Several items we ordered never showed up, and the ordering iPad kept shutting down and wasn’t working properly, which made the process frustrating.

We also ordered the fried chicken, and unfortunately, it was extremely dry and not really edible.

On the plus side, the pricing is affordable compared to other ayce KBBQ and hotpot places, which was appreciated.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but between the service hiccups and the hit-or-miss food, probably not a place I’d return to.

The food is pretty good, the service is alright, the atmosphere was very upbeat..
I think it may be intentional, since this is an all you can eat place... They bring you the meats right away, and you cook it right at your table. You cook up as much as you can on the grill, then you eat, it goes fast, then you order more meats and cook it up.. the waiting in between.. makes me full. You know how they say your brain takes 20 minutes to realize that it's full?
