I hate writing bad reviews 😭
but this experience honestly horrified me.
I decided to give this place a try since it’s in the same plaza where I usually grab lunch.
Big mistake…
Right when I walked in, I noticed the dirty tables and the awful smell coming from the bathroom.
I should’ve taken that as a sign.
I ordered my food to go, and when I got home and fully opened the container,
I was about to take a bite when I saw a piece of hair sticking out like literally fried into the popcorn chicken batter 🤮. Absolutely disgusting.

It really made me question their hygiene practices, and there was no way I could eat the rest.
If I didn’t have to rush to work, I would’ve gone back for a refund — hopefully they’d still honor that.
I’m hoping this was just a bad accident day for them, but I truly hope they clean up their food prep and overall cleanliness for future customers.

P.S.A.: If you order to go, check your food before you leave! 🄲

They will not start to make your order until 30 minutes of waiting. Ordered milk tea and pop corn chicken. After 20 minutes the staff said they are too busy and have to wait for another 5 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes and staff said they were too busy and will start to make my order. Made the milk tea but not same as order.

I think they have one of the best green thai tea around the area. Just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. I get it with half ice and half sweet. My wife likes the hibiscus tea they have here. Overall, there is plenty of space and seating. You order by a kiosk and then wait for your number or name to be called.

I’ve been to a few R & B teas. This location makes my mango green tea the best. I do wish there was an option for less sugar instead of the 50 percent.
Atmosphere is ok, they have a great seating area outside.

one thing i wish they would do is wipe down the kiosk to order and the claw game.

The place is beautifully decorated with brand new furniture.

The fried chicken and mozzarella sticks are crispy and tasty.

The drinks have a strong tea flavor and aren’t too sweet, so it’s better to order them with 100% sugar. Otherwise, they can taste a bit bitter.

=> It’s better for takeout because the shop shares a seating area with other businesses and there aren’t many tables available.

I’m a frequent customer at R&B Tea and this recent visit I had was disappointing. I placed an online order to realize that they had refunded me for an out of stock item. I spoke to a young lady about my order and told her I would instead like to pay for another topping and her response ā€œI already sealed 2 of the drinksā€ OK, well i’m telling you I would like to PAY for another topping and she goes ā€œi’ll need to open the drinks and transfer over to a new cup and charge youā€ Lol, ok. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Anywho, don’t waste your money on their Roasted Oolong Milk Tea w cheese foam. Tasted straight up like cold diluted sweet milk. Honestly, what a waste of a BOGO drink that tasted like trash.

R & B Tea on Story Road offers a variety of creative boba drinks, including taro stormy, mango matcha latte, and rose oolong milk tea. The shop is spacious and conveniently connected to A-Sha Corner, making it a great stop for tea lovers. While the drink quality is solid, wait times can be long during peak hours, and some customers mention that sweetness levels can be inconsistent.

The menu features a mix of classic and innovative flavors, with options like creme brƻlƩe pearl latte and Hawaiian fruit green tea. While the fruit teas are refreshing, some customers note that certain drinks can be overly sweet, so adjusting sugar levels when ordering is recommended.

This one of the most disappointing tea Place... if you don't have the item why did I have to wait for 45 mins? Then tell me we don't have your order item...

I do not recommend this place....

I arrived 15 minutes before they closed to go get my grandma one of her favorite drinks and they told me they were closed but then as I was leaving 1 man was able to walk in and order his drinks and I felt very discriminated because the man was Asian but they didn't let me in bc I am hispanic so yes I do not think I will be bringing my business here anymore.

They were 3 big stores combined: R&B, Sweet Box and one other I didn’t remember the name. Hence, this shop was really big with spacious seatings.

You can order items from any of the 3 stores from the same kiosk, take the ticket and go to the respective shops to get your orders.

I ordered Jasmine milk tea from R&B and 2 other dishes from Sweet Box.

While waiting, they have this claw machine game for the customers to spend their time and money.

My mango stormy with aloe had sand or something like sand in it.
Mango was sour, and no way to choose the sweetness. I like avocado smoothie but I didn't find it on menu on the screen. I saw it on the board behind the counter after I ordered mango stormy

I went there twice. Fruit tea and classic milk tea were ok, however, the matcha milk tea was not tasty for me.
