I arrived 15 minutes before they closed to go get my grandma one of her favorite drinks and they told me they were closed but then as I was leaving 1 man was able to walk in and order his drinks and I felt very discriminated because the man was Asian but they didn't let me in bc I am hispanic so yes I do not think I will be bringing my business here anymore.

They were 3 big stores combined: R&B, Sweet Box and one other I didn’t remember the name. Hence, this shop was really big with spacious seatings.

You can order items from any of the 3 stores from the same kiosk, take the ticket and go to the respective shops to get your orders.

I ordered Jasmine milk tea from R&B and 2 other dishes from Sweet Box.

While waiting, they have this claw machine game for the customers to spend their time and money.

My mango stormy with aloe had sand or something like sand in it.
Mango was sour, and no way to choose the sweetness. I like avocado smoothie but I didn't find it on menu on the screen. I saw it on the board behind the counter after I ordered mango stormy

I went there twice. Fruit tea and classic milk tea were ok, however, the matcha milk tea was not tasty for me.

There's not too much for me to say about this particular tea shop. The tea tastes... ok. It's decent enough for my tastes... the service was ok but it took too long to make the tea. Atmosphere is good with nice furniture and a cool somewhat 3d projector. Not much to say other than this...

Ordered blossom pineapple at 25% sweetness level but got what seemed liked 1000% sweet level. Needless to say, I couldn’t get through it.

If you're a fan of asian food and drinks in general or Vietnamese treats specifically, I highly recommend this place. No wonder why there are so many Vietnamese coming here - why not when there are so many great offers over there with fantastic ambiance.

My go-to drinks at the store are always Thai green milk tea and House coffee wi/ cream cheese - I usually order the largest size with 3 toppings and I never forget to choose tiramisu cream as one of my topping options because it is amaaaazing. I even like the tiramisu cream better than the normal cream cheese. Meanwhile, my family usually orders the Oreo, chocolate black milk tea and they love it the most.

Both interior and exterior deco is eye catching and lively even though music can be loud sometimes. It is an ideal place for family and friends to gather and have fun. You can find your seats and tables easily most of the time.

Sometimes when it gets too crowded (of course this place is super popular) especially during weekends, service could be slow and inefficient but at least the staff is not rude. And parking is plenty but might be a bit harder to find one during busy time.

This particular R&B Tea location, situated within Vietnam Town, boasts a meticulously designed and modern interior that exudes attention to detail. The ambiance is inviting, with pleasant views and a staff that is both welcoming and friendly. The menu offers a wide array of choices, and the ordering kiosk simplifies the selection process. Notably, it provides options for customizing ice and sugar levels, a standout feature. It's worth mentioning that opting for no ice incurs an additional charge of $1 to $2, which seems reasonable.Furthermore, this location also offers sugar cane juice. During my visit, I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with 50% ice, and despite the reduced ice level, it still had a slightly icy texture. Next time, I plan to opt for no ice. The 50% sugar level was just right for me, resulting in a good, balanced flavor. Please be aware that additional charges may apply depending on your choice of toppings.
