Just left this spot, picked up the Hawaiian fruit tea with popcorn chicken. The tea is usually good and the service is good. However my rating is based off the popcorn chicken. This is not your traditional popcorn chicken at any other milk tea spot. This is two chicken patties, fried up, cut and topped with basil and full garlic cloves. This is the worse attempt of popcorn chicken I have ever witnessed. It’s basically $7 for some chicken nuggets. Stay away from this item unless you want to overpay, just go to the Wendy’s in the same plaza for nuggets.

My kids like their teas but I didn't like going here because it takes much longer for them to get the drinks ready compared to other places. Waiting 10 min for your drinks makes it less and less worthwhile.

Drinks are pretty good, I really like their fruity teas. The special milk teas are weird sometimes… chose wisely. LOL atmosphere is alright, i can usuallyyyy find seats. Service is good, except there’s nothing much to judge since you order at a kiosk. Yet that kiosk still asks for a fat tip LOL

Since day one of moving back to the Bay Area. This boba store has never let me down. Consistent, friendly, knowledgeable, fast working staff and I like the simple decor and brightness of the shop. Kudos. Keep it up gang. Your the best in town. And trust me I’ve been a lot of places since late 90s and early 2000s.

This is my fourth time ordering from them. The one consistent (and positive thing) is the taste of their drinks… they really are delicious; however, the most inconsistent and frustrating thing is how much ice they fill your cup with!! After realizing how much ice was in the first order I ever placed (on doordash), I made sure to ask for “less ice” and even type in an extra “light ice” message in the special instructions box. One of the times, they actually followed instructions…the remaining two times, it was filled with soooo much ice. It’s super unfortunate because they make great drinks, but what’s the point of having a “less ice” option if it’s just going to filled with ice regardless.
The watermelon tea here is phenomenal!!! It’s the only R&B Tea location that carries it. It is super refreshing and consistent every time I order it.

Parking: Plenty of parking since the plaza is large. May just have to walk a little if you plan on not parking somewhere closer to the drink spot.
