Ramen Lab is such a unique spot in San Jose! The ramen is flavorful, creative, and served with fresh ingredients that really stand out. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy, and it feels like a hidden gem in the area. Service is friendly and quick, making it an overall great experience. Definitely worth checking out if you’re a ramen lover!
Was definitely an experience. Staff are polite and helpful. They just need to have more seating. I understand that its difficult since its so small. But the atmosphere was unique with the 2 walls stacked with different noodle packs to choose from. Also have a kiosk to order from with pictures to make it easy.
