I've been a regular customer at Real Kabob since I moved to the area in 2016 and have always had a positive experience with their cuisine and service. The meats are high quality and the ingredients are always fresh. The owners are lovely and the staff has always been on point and super friendly. We keep Real Kabob on a biweekly dinner rotation. Best Kabobs in Silicon Valley! The owners are friendly and the Service is great. It is best to get the food to go because there are only about four tables.
Customer service was the worse. The gentleman behind the counter was looking straight in your face and wouldn’t smile. I still don’t know what his problem was and I don’t know if he was the cook, a server, cashier. Then the best is when you see him smoking a cigarette right outside the restaurant in front of the main doors.
