Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I fell in love with the service, the manager at the time I was there with my family was so 100% friendly! These are the reasons why I return to the restaurants, because of them. Our server was absolutely 100% friendly as well! Our time and experience here was over the top. Our food was delicious and I don't think we had to wait that long for it. I enjoyed my time that I did not pay attention to the prices, but I did see my bill and to be honest I thought it was okay for a family of 8. The atmosphere was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. We did have to wait to be seated for about maybe 10 minutes or more but again we were 6 kids and 2 adults so I understand if we had to wait to be seated.

We had an excellent lunch at Red Robin, Eastridge. We've been going there since that location opened. Our server, Sandra always provides excellent service. She recognizes us when we come in and knows exactly what our drink order will be. This time I had the Turkey Burger and my wife tried the chicken wrap for the first time. A substitution of Honey Mustard for Ranch was very easy. Sandra made sure that happened and even brought a little extra. Drinks were refilled quickly. Join the frequent diner club. Next time I'm eligible for $10 off. And my birthday is coming up soon so another free burger.

Great costumer service. They remember us, since we visit frequently! Fries are the best! Ryan is an amazing bartender! And Johnny is always on top of things. Regardless of how busy they are they make sure everyone is taken care of.

These people will make you burgers how they want and give you fries even if you order and pay for them. Don't expect the manger to do any about. Why have options, and then you just choose what the customer gets. When you pay expensive prices for burgers, you expect to get them how you order them. Not in this location 😡

First visit to the Eastrigde Mall Red Robin in San Jose. Had the spicy chicken sandwich with ceasar salad for lunch. Service was good, as well as the chicken sandwich. Something other than the Red Robin burger that I have had in the past.

Burger was good but the quality of the bottomless fries is very sad. Soggy garlic fries. And soggy in a bad way. Bar tender was great but the fry refills was like 10m in between. May never comeback since I went out of my way and drove about 8 miles. May not seem far, but I could have eaten at a few locals, similar price better fries
