Great costumer service. They remember us, since we visit frequently! Fries are the best! Ryan is an amazing bartender! And Johnny is always on top of things. Regardless of how busy they are they make sure everyone is taken care of.

These people will make you burgers how they want and give you fries even if you order and pay for them. Don't expect the manger to do any about. Why have options, and then you just choose what the customer gets. When you pay expensive prices for burgers, you expect to get them how you order them. Not in this location 😡

First visit to the Eastrigde Mall Red Robin in San Jose. Had the spicy chicken sandwich with ceasar salad for lunch. Service was good, as well as the chicken sandwich. Something other than the Red Robin burger that I have had in the past.

Burger was good but the quality of the bottomless fries is very sad. Soggy garlic fries. And soggy in a bad way. Bar tender was great but the fry refills was like 10m in between. May never comeback since I went out of my way and drove about 8 miles. May not seem far, but I could have eaten at a few locals, similar price better fries

Advertise endless fries, but you get like 3 French per order and the server never asked if you wanted a refill. Burger was good but would just prefer a normal helping of fries instead of a ll you can eat gimmick that takes 15 minutes for them to come out with each order. So gotta wait 45 min to get a normal size of fries and ask 3 times. Yeesh
