What happened to this place?!!Used to be the best burgers I’ve ever had!Now they offer just bland piece of meat in between two pieces of bread.. and super thin!!!!! I mean, even in and out will give you a heavier piece of meat than this establishment!!! And for 10$ bucks!Mac and cheese seems like poweredbland cheese with water and put in a microwave ..If you’re really hungry, I would recommend just order a bunch of onion rings , which is probably the only item on their menu that is still subpar.If you value your hard earned cash in this day in age, please avoid this place at all cost!You’ve been warned ..?They’re lucky they are located in the mall where people just settle to eat after a long day of shopping or else this place would have gone out of business years ago.

This is my daughter’s favorite spot. The burgers and fries are mostly on point but once in a while, a little lacking but worth it. The all you can eat fries, side salad, Mac and cheese kids meal and freckled lemonades make it a full time

So DISAPPOINTED!!!! Today our waitress Nancy was so bad not one time she came to check on us twice I had to ask another server for utensils she just kept on ignoring us it's more then clear she hates her job we were celebrating my daughters bday was trying to have a nice dinner but overall horrible service. Wish SANDRA was there to take care of us she's the best!!!!

Because nobody these days makes shakes that actually taste good.Their tenders are great, the endless fries and Yukon chips are wonderful.The pizza is mediocre but their fish sticks and mozzarella sticks are wonderful! If the waiters/waitresses weren't so wonderful, I would give a 1 star review in full.I came here with a friend, they ordered their burger rare and mine was well done (I get nausea & indigestion at medium med-rare, and rare so I asked for it to be cooked thoroughly5 min after the burgers came out, I noticed a bit of nausea. My partner glanced at mine and the one they received, noticed they were not only swapped (they received well done) but also that my "southern charm burger" didn't have BBQ sauce.To be honest, the mixup only prompted this review due to the undercooked food on my end. Eating the whole thing, while fine for 60-80% of people, probably would've caused immediate vomiting. Luckily I only had a third.... Again it was not the fault of the waiter/waitress. They made sure to repeat my order back to me. Perhaps the chef is just tired since it's a Friday...Thank you again to all the hardworking staff taking time out of their day while still being pleasant to speak to.Dietary restrictions: Chef may ignore dietary restrictions. Waiter had repeatedly confirmed our orders.

I like the food here, but at this location, service sux. Better get your order in when you can cause your waiter is never gonna return. Also when arriving, twice we were seated and waited a good 10-15 minutes before anyone came and talked to us. Endless/bottomless fries, nope. My fries ended and no more. Waited with no fries and empty glasses for 15ish minutes and just decided to leave. We're blacklisting this location. Shame, cause when you get food, it's good. No complaints there.

The entrance is located on the outer part of the mall, easy access from the parking lot, and you don't have to go through the mall. Wasn't impressed that once you press the "games" tab on the tablet on the table you automatically pay the $2.99 play fee. For the food I got a royal red robin burger and it was more on the rare side and the avocado wasn't ripe. Overall the taste was fine, but I did get sick

I ordered the pizza with just cheese and olives. it's the second time I've had this pizza at Red Robin, and it was very consistent and very tasty both times. cooked perfectly, slightly crispy on the bottom, very thin, and I love the tomato sauce. Service was fast. I was diving alone so I sat in the bar area on a high top table. The restaurant seemed clean. And the price was right. All in all, a positive experience.
