Staff is friendly, the white mocha coffee is excellent. Was not as impressed with the bagels but still giving 5 stars for coffee

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the quality of the food I have received during my recent visits. As a loyal customer who has frequented your establishment during my lunch breaks for several years, I have always appreciated your service; however, my recent experiences have been deeply unsatisfying. On multiple occasions lately, the sandwiches I purchased consisted almost entirely of lettuce, with a noticeable lack of the primary ingredients. Given the consistent price receiving a product that does not meet basic expectations is particularly disappointing for a long-term consumer. I value your business and would like to continue supporting it, but I felt it necessary to bring this lack of consistency to your attention. I hope to see the quality restored to the standard I have come to expect over the years.

Great bagels at a reasonable price. The cream cheese is lowfat, bagels are fresh and toasted, with a wide selection of types, cream cheeses, toppings, coffees, and your traditional bagel dog.
